“This is the greatest collectible store I have ever been to. I came from Milwaukee to visit the Sanrio store and came across this hidden gem as I was exploring the University Center. The vast, remarkable selection of rare collectibles is a must-stop for blind box collectors. But the real highlight of why Kouhigh is so extraordinary? They sell Angel Blue. This review deserves 10 stars as I cannot thank you enough for providing such amazing rare collectibles. Because you guys sell Angel Blue, I give you infinite thanks for making my whole trip. I hope you guys will start selling the other three Narumiya brands (Mezzo Piano, Daisy Lovers and Pom Ponette) and I will always come and visit every time I come to California to buy the cutest collectibles ever.”

“I discovered this adorable and wonderful toy store when I had Rebel Omakase on Thursday night then came back here yesterday and today. The owner Amanda is great and she is so knowledgeable about all of her toys, games, puzzles and stuffed animals! She's incredibly impressive and so hands on! I love the compact merchandising. If you want something she doesn't carry, she will be more than happy to hunt it down and order it! A+++”
“It’s huge and it’s been my favorite store for more than 12 years now. My kids used to tag along just to ride the escalators lol. Huge huge selection of books and toys too. They always have many deals going on. I also like to browse the bookmarks section. Starbucks inside is a great addition”

One of my favorite sections is the stationery-adorable pens, erasers, pencil cases, and stickers that make any desk setup more fun. On this visit, my heart was completely stolen by fluffy magnetic keychains-so soft and charming!
The store also has a nice selection of tote bags, perfect for everyday use.
For plush toy lovers, there's an amazing variety from the Nintendo universe, including Koopa Troopas, Mario mushrooms, Luigi, Bob-omb, Boo, Yoshi, Princess Daisy, and more. If you're a Hello Kitty fan, you'll also find plushies featuring characters like My Melody, Cinnamoroll, Kuromi, and Pompompurin!
Beyond plushies, there’s a great range of plastic figurines, including anime collectibles. The homeware section is equally impressive, offering mugs, glasses, bowls, mugs with lids and figurines, teapots, and thermoses.

“We’ve loved exploring The Game Chest when it was at the Irvine Spectrum, and we love it even more knowing that it has a Lab Tama for Tamagotchi Paradise (a recent Christmas gift for my kiddo). “As the author of The Grant Colson Thriller Series and The SERA Archives Thriller Series, I spend a lot of time in bookstores while traveling, and Barnes & Noble is a standout location.
This Tustin store has a big, open design with high ceilings that give the entire space a real sense of scale. It creates an almost cinematic feeling, like the setting itself has room for a story to unfold.
The layout is bright and engaging, making it easy to browse across sections without feeling crowded.
One detail I really liked is the stand-up cardboard character displays in the thriller section, which add to that movie-like atmosphere and make the space even more immersive.
I did take a look through the romance area as well while writing The Maui Desire Romance Series, and it’s a well-presented section that fits naturally into the flow of the store.
There’s also an excellent kids’ section, which brings energy to the store and makes it fun for families.
The staff has always been super friendly and helpful, which rounds out the experience.
Overall this is a beautifully designed Barnes & Noble with a strong sense of space and a great browsing experience.”

The shop itself is in a business district and is not super big but gives a good idea of what they carry. I would definitely check out the online shop as it has more inventory.”
“This store has too many Cinnamorolls. I love it. The place is small, but cute. I love the small shop but wide variety from bags to toys to rulers to stickers. The staff was very nice and kind. The price is a big expensive. I got a Hello Kitty car key holder and it was $41. It is a bit expensive so if you go, you might want to save up.”
