Mason, the store manager working today was so helpful. I feel that he went the extra mile to help me with a challenging and difficult return to China.
The merchant return address was in Chinese characters. I was able to get some of the address translated into English, but the rest Mason was able to translate in Google. Also, USPS rejected the address format and Mason had to resolve this by continuously reformatting and submitting the return address until it was finally accepted.
I just want to publicly thank and recognize Mason‘s efforts and highly recommend this store

Sometimes I need assistance in printing, shipping or weighing items for shredding. Each and every one of the employees goes over and beyond helping me. I can always tell a new employee. Within a week or so they relax ? most of the businesses around here should take a lesson in what good customer service is. Owner does a good job.

The team members are always very helpful. One team member, Mason, is always accommodating and helps me to find the best way to ship something at a price I can afford. He really should be employee of the month!

They never know that Amazon returns are free here. They always try to charge you some fake amount they come up with. Don’t be fooled by them. Just remind them and show them on your return that it’s free.

I cannot say enough good things about my experiences at this UPS store. The staff here is simply outstanding - incredibly helpful, genuine, and dedicated to providing superior customer service. Every time I visit, they go out of their way to take care of me and ensure that all my needs are met promptly and efficiently. Whether I'm shipping a package, sending returns, or seeking assistance with any other service, I can always rely on them to deliver exceptional service with a smile.

I love this UPS Store. I use this address for my nonprofit business. I’m overly impressed with the team here. I had an issue with a delivery and they took the time to search for it each time I came. Noah and the team are the bomb! Kudos to to everyone-Great team work!!

Very convenient for having something packed and shipped. However, it's a little pricey for their boxes and packing materials. And they're not the friendliest crew around. They're obviously employees and not owners.
