All of these reviews seem to be for UPS in general, not the Customer Counter directly. I had a wonderful experience today with the Customer Counter staff. I came in today for the first time looking for a package that was being held. The gentleman even helped me put it into my car because it was too heavy for me to carry. I sadly didn't get his name but it was the bigger guy with tattoos. Thank you so much for making my day easier!!!

By far the worst service I have ever experienced. I overnightted a certified check in the amount of $5300 to arrive to the recipient in less than 10 days. On February 29th. On March 1st, it was showing out for delivery at 9:08 am, from an Aloso Viejo CA location, but then never got delivered. On March 2nd I tracked it again and it now showed on its way, not out for delivery. I Had Tupleo MS. ( the ups where I shipped it from to put a tracer on it) It said an investigation has begun, but NOT 1 person from UPS has contacted me. I call the 1800 number and I keep getting told I have to contact the place from where I shipped it( which I have and they have been trying to help me.) On March Friday 8th I get an email from the investigation department stating that due to my package is still missing they are going to reimburse me the overnight fee of $63 and even though I had insurance on the package they are stating they can only give me $100 for my package, granted NOT one person has contacted me through phone. So I email back saying so your telling me your only going to give me $163 for a $5300 check that is missing? By far the absolute worst service ever

worst experience ever packages were getting delivered at front door . Then suddenly packages were saying undeliverable and at alisio viejo . Change packages to get deliverd to a UPS dropoff. Now the package is saying delivered but when i go to pick it up the manager saying the package is not there. WTF UPS Is so fucking unorganized and they have just stop being professional. I spoke with manager at UPS Store on 1835 Newport Blvd Store his name is griffin i ask him if he verify packages that come in off the truck . he says the drivers do not give them a list and he has brought this to management attention before dam !!!!! Can UPS just do there dam job !!!! I understand you get busy but losing packages and supervisors not being accountable for packages being delivered to UPS Store . this is unbelievable

UPS is the WORST! Spent 3 hours trying to get on the phone for a lost package. Finally got an agent who told me I must file a claim online. Went through the full process and at the end I received an alert "YOU MUST CALL IN TO SPEAK TO AN AGENT TO FILE A CLAIM". Tried calling again, 50 times, spent about 5 hours and still can not get to an agent. The system actually says "an agent cant file a claim for you", yet the website is giving me an alert that I MUST talk to an agent. Its a complete run around and at this point I see no way of getting my package back. They make it this hard on purpose in hopes that people will give up. Their phone system actually will hang up on you if you ask to speak to an agent.

I have used this Service Center four times to ship small arms ammunition to the rightful owner. Shipping ammunition is complicated. USPS and Fed-Ex will not accept it for shipping. When my friend moved, the moving company also refused to accept his ammunition. The people at this office were so helpful. I don't usually ship anything. They made it simple. This service was valuable to me and my friend. Priced Fairly.

After talking to an agent and confirming my package was held at this location and being told they were open until 8pm, I drove 40 minutes only to find out they close at 6. This was supposedly a supervisor who gave me the address and the operating hours. What can brown do for you? Nothing, they deserve to be flushed with other brown stuff.

Driver for Monarch beach address won't deliver to units, only drops off at the lockers so if you don't have that service forget about getting your package - have to go pick up again - Marea complex

This review is for UPS in general. But my package pointless route started here.We sent a package international, we paid $100 (it is usually $200, but for first users, ii was 50% off). We chose the 2 day delivery service. Here we are 4 days in, and they have no idea where the package is.According to 2 customer service guys, the tracking info is not where the package is physically. Who knows what that means! Our last tracking update said: We left your package on the plane, so now it is back to where it started." Really???This morning, the package had gone back and forward between South America and Miami, Fl 3 times.Here we are after 5 days, the package finally got the final destination of Bogotá, Colombia. It will be delivered tomorrow hopefully (6 days after.) So much for paying for a 2 day delivery for something that was needed urgently.NOT RECOMMEND FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS USELESS! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Just visited Aliso Viejo location to secure a hold on delivery because the UPS mobile app and website failed to change to a hold (yet I have 4 pending charges for the failed requests). Staff there was very helpful & friendly, and made the change.

Louis (Louie) is absolutely wonderful and saved my weekend. I was expecting an important package for my first day of work. The delivery estimate online said that I had to be home to sign for the package 9-11am. After some delays the window changed to be 11am-7pm. I waited for hours not sure when I could step out. Of course with my luck when I walked my dogs, the driver missed me by 5 minutes. Normally I would just wait until Monday to get my package but I was flying out to New York and needed the package urgently.It was close to closing hours on a Friday but Louis was extremely helpful and kind. He went out of his way to make sure I got my package in time and explained every step clearly. This was the best customer service I have seen. I am very thankful.

Unfortunately, they were bullied into working with usps and pawn a lot of your packages off to the government. What also unfortunate is UPS is still more reliable than other choices for shipping. Them giving packages to USPS is horrible but I have to remember they were probably bullied into it by the government.

Worst service ever, spoke with a supervisor and he told me wrong info from my package, never use the UPS again, also this happens all the time when I buy something and they use UPS for delivery, this company should hire people with brains
