This is mostly a lifting gym with some cardio equipment. No classes or pool. Coffee is available for purchase along with some snacks. There is sauna therapy available as well. : )”

“Excellent experience overall! Very educational too. Went in hoping for help w sleep and pain relief from OA in ankles and knees. Met one of the new owners also named mike who was very friendly. He took the time to really listen, asked all the right questions about my issues, and then thoroughly explained the best options and why. Got to try a topical cream for my arthritis inside the store which began working almost immediately. Bought the biggest one they had lol. For sleep I got a cbn oil called rest. Been using it every nite for almost a week and it has helped a ton. Also grabbed a 67mg blueberry whole plant oil to take in the mornings. Gives me some energy as well as just like an overall well being feeling. Check this place out. Seriously glad I did. Def will be back.”

“I've been using this products for over 2 years and I absolutely love their products. I was diagnosed with arthritis on my spine and I can tell you if i go more than 2 days without it, my back feels it. I am unable to function good without the Tumeric. I use to use Costco's tumeric ( Qnoil Brand, used for about 7 months ), and that started giving pain on my lower back, whatever else is in that product my body was rejecting that product. Since making the switch to Organiccs absolute, I didn't have those problems anymore. In addition to using Tumeric from Organiccs absolute, I also use the Collagen, my homeopatheic chiropractor, introduced me to these products, prior to having a breast reduction ( age 48 , I started with the Collagen then added Tumeric and so forth ). Atmy age, healing is harder when it comes to scar tissue and cits, but I strongly believe that this collagen had gotten me through the healing process succesfully!..Evan my surgeon stated for having a huge suregery, my healing was coming out and finished healing great with no tearing on my surgical wounds and healed nicely, espeacially due to my age. I did share what I was using to healp heal after 3 weeks of surgery had gone by, prior to using it of course. Chelated Minerals, is somehting I use as well . “Dr. Kate is great and so knowledgeable! I have a patient with burns a few months ago which left her with pain and scar. I don’t think it’s a good idea to keep her on Motrin any longer, of course not narcotics either. So I consulted with her for solutions. She patiently took the time to talk to me and came up with an amazing compound sili gel with gabapentin/lidocaine which is helping greatly with my patient. It’s eye- opening! I will send more patients especially when I feel like stuck with traditional medication approach. Great services!”
