Do not come here for the pharmacy. Thought I would try something different to get away from the CVS lines, but the pharmacy is so slow even having such a few people in line. They also take lunch breaks, shutting down the entire pharmacy which is very inconvenient when you're trying to come in and pick up your prescriptions. The pharmacist was very impatient, and quite frankly, even with a mask was rude. There are so many pharmacist out there and even though CVS has long lines, at least they're kind and professional and know how to deal with other professional patients coming to the counter. I'll never come back here.

DO NOT BUY any Visa gift cards from here or you will get scammed!!!!!!! I've been dealing with Walgreens and visa for 1 month now!!!!! The cards are altered with!! When you buy it, the next day someone else uses it and it has ZERO dollars on it! I guess this is a nationwide thing! But it happened to me particularly at this Walgreens! And Walgreens can't help you at all. Very unfortunate. Staff is nice

0 stars if I could. The pharmacists are rude and not customer-service oriented. It will take DAYS for a prescription to even be addressed, and if there's an issue they don't let you know unless you call in. Even then, you will be put on hold for a very long time! Every time I get something filled here there is always an issue. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

It's very strange that this pharmacy sucks so much when the DRIVE THRU Walgreens down the street has the nicest staff, low wait times, and are very professional. The Walgreens on La Paz is out of a medication I need so they told me to go to this one. Called this store and the lady has me give my birth date, state my first and last name, spell my entire first and last name, confirms it. Then takes her sweet time looking it up and asks me for my first name again? Like....?!? This is not rocket science. Then tells me a 45 minute wait for a prescription that is in stock. I have never waited that long before at any other Walgreens. With all the negative reviews I'm surprised this pharmacy is still in business.

Worst place ever to get your RX refilled. My physician called in my RX at 11:30 am. It is now almost 4pm and they are still not filled. I have never had a RX filled in under 8 hours. I just called CVS across the street and they said they could fill a regular antibiotic in 10-15 mins. Needless to say I transfered the perscriptions after waiting all day with the flu feeling miserable "on alert" for a callback saying they are ready. I like the fact they have a drive through, but waiting 8 hrs for a perscription when you're sick is not acceptable.

Consistently UnreliableIt's always something with this Walgreens. Get a text saying my prescription is ready...get there and the prescription isn't ready. Get my prescription...get home and it's the wrong dose/amount.Trying to buy sinus medication and they can't process it cause their 'system is down'The list goes onSave yourself the time and frustration and go somewhere else!

HORRIBLE service. If you try to call in you are immediately placed on hold. After 15 minutes I gave up and drove down. My doctor sent an electronic Rx in and I waited several hours and it still wasn't ready! So they make me wait an additional 30 minutes! All with a raging sinus infection. This isn't the first time they didn't have meds filled, but it will be the last! Don't fill here. Total joke.

This pharmacy has become very unreliable, offering poor pharmacy services consistently ever since they began offering COVID testing. The lines to conduct pharmacy business are usually three people deep with workers behind the counter avoiding eye contact with the people waiting in line. It's clear to me that the pharmacy is understaffed and not able to handle the COVID testing, vaccinations, and the regular pharmacy business. The workers are very nice and apologetic, which, to me, signifies that the system itself is broken. The pharmacy itself isn't being staffed properly, causing long lines, delays in service, and mistakes to be made. It is disappointing since Walgreens used to be the crown jewel of pharmacies in the area.

This Walgreens Pharmacy used to be my favorite just a few years ago. Unfortunately, they have gone downhill over the past few years to the point that I am switching my family's prescriptions to another pharmacy. I have no issues with the store in general but the pharmacy has dropped the ball numerous times.

This review is for the pharmacy. It's the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. I get 3 month refills and I've had to wait as much as a week to 10 days for my meds. They either don't have the medicine, don't have enough in stock and have to order more or have insurance issues after the insurance company has approved the refill. Lastly, they often have workers who speak poorly making it very difficult to understand what they are saying. These folks have to get their act together or they will lose a lot of customers.

I made an appointment online a week ago for pfizer booster & was told I can take flu shot too. I was told to come 15 min early. I waited 55 minutes & then I was told that the wrong flu shot was filled in. The reason for the long wait was because 3 employees were assisting to find the prescription for one customer rather than assisting other customers waiting. When I complained the pharmacist said "are you going to argue with me?". All other employee were rude too. The store manager I was told was Jeff. Will be back to complain all the way!!!!!!!

This review is for the Pharmacy: Prescriptions delayed, late, over-promised and under-delivered. Every single time. EVERY single time. Not often, occasionally, or even frequently. Every single time. For more than 10 years, you've managed to make us return to the store, or wait extra time because you cannot seem to fill even the most straight-forward prescriptions. Today, my wife joked in the car.... she bet me that you'd offer some lame excuse, the script wouldn't be ready, and we'd have to come back later. I told her surely Walgreens Pharmacy had enough time since it was well over three hours that the doctor's office called it in. She was right. You are so predictable and dependable for being so lame. Walgreens Management ! Are you paying attention to the most recent reviews ? Notice any common theme ?? Do you have the number for the local CVS ??

This review is for the pharmacy. For the last several months they have taken almost a week or more to fill a prescription when it is due. Status always says working on it. They don't actually fill it unless I call and talk to them about it, every single month. When trying to pick up my prescription drive through is no longer offered and waiting in line takes upwards of half an hour or more. This used to be a great pharmacy but it has really gone down hill.

Went to pick up a prescription today and found that the drive through is being used for COVID testing only. I had to park and go inside to get the prescription. I asked how long they would be keeping the drive through closed. They do not know and they are short of help, I'm trying to figure out how my going inside helps with staffing when the same number of people are still working in their area. The only thing I can assume is that the government is paying more for "free COVID tests" than they get for filling prescriptions. No one was getting tested from the time I arrived until I left with the Free Test. This is a sad case of a business forgetting what their core business is and serving it.
