Do not come here for the pharmacy. Thought I would try something different to get away from the CVS lines, but the pharmacy is so slow even having such a few people in line. They also take lunch breaks, shutting down the entire pharmacy which is very inconvenient when you're trying to come in and pick up your prescriptions. The pharmacist was very impatient, and quite frankly, even with a mask was rude. There are so many pharmacist out there and even though CVS has long lines, at least they're kind and professional and know how to deal with other professional patients coming to the counter. I'll never come back here.

This pharmacy has become very unreliable, offering poor pharmacy services consistently ever since they began offering COVID testing. The lines to conduct pharmacy business are usually three people deep with workers behind the counter avoiding eye contact with the people waiting in line. It's clear to me that the pharmacy is understaffed and not able to handle the COVID testing, vaccinations, and the regular pharmacy business. The workers are very nice and apologetic, which, to me, signifies that the system itself is broken. The pharmacy itself isn't being staffed properly, causing long lines, delays in service, and mistakes to be made. It is disappointing since Walgreens used to be the crown jewel of pharmacies in the area.

This Walgreens Pharmacy used to be my favorite just a few years ago. Unfortunately, they have gone downhill over the past few years to the point that I am switching my family's prescriptions to another pharmacy. I have no issues with the store in general but the pharmacy has dropped the ball numerous times.

This review is for the pharmacy. It's the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. I get 3 month refills and I've had to wait as much as a week to 10 days for my meds. They either don't have the medicine, don't have enough in stock and have to order more or have insurance issues after the insurance company has approved the refill. Lastly, they often have workers who speak poorly making it very difficult to understand what they are saying. These folks have to get their act together or they will lose a lot of customers.

I made an appointment online a week ago for pfizer booster & was told I can take flu shot too. I was told to come 15 min early. I waited 55 minutes & then I was told that the wrong flu shot was filled in. The reason for the long wait was because 3 employees were assisting to find the prescription for one customer rather than assisting other customers waiting. When I complained the pharmacist said "are you going to argue with me?". All other employee were rude too. The store manager I was told was Jeff. Will be back to complain all the way!!!!!!!

This review is for the Pharmacy: Prescriptions delayed, late, over-promised and under-delivered. Every single time. EVERY single time. Not often, occasionally, or even frequently. Every single time. For more than 10 years, you've managed to make us return to the store, or wait extra time because you cannot seem to fill even the most straight-forward prescriptions. Today, my wife joked in the car.... she bet me that you'd offer some lame excuse, the script wouldn't be ready, and we'd have to come back later. I told her surely Walgreens Pharmacy had enough time since it was well over three hours that the doctor's office called it in. She was right. You are so predictable and dependable for being so lame. Walgreens Management ! Are you paying attention to the most recent reviews ? Notice any common theme ?? Do you have the number for the local CVS ??

This review is for the pharmacy. For the last several months they have taken almost a week or more to fill a prescription when it is due. Status always says working on it. They don't actually fill it unless I call and talk to them about it, every single month. When trying to pick up my prescription drive through is no longer offered and waiting in line takes upwards of half an hour or more. This used to be a great pharmacy but it has really gone down hill.

Went to pick up a prescription today and found that the drive through is being used for COVID testing only. I had to park and go inside to get the prescription. I asked how long they would be keeping the drive through closed. They do not know and they are short of help, I'm trying to figure out how my going inside helps with staffing when the same number of people are still working in their area. The only thing I can assume is that the government is paying more for "free COVID tests" than they get for filling prescriptions. No one was getting tested from the time I arrived until I left with the Free Test. This is a sad case of a business forgetting what their core business is and serving it.

Well, now I can see why this place is three stars. My daughter was sick and had 3 COVID-19 symptoms. I went to the store to ask if they had a home test. After waiting at the front register, the cashier to go to the pharmacy in the back and as. When I went back there, I e person was on the phone about a personal call the other person was working in the back. The person on the telephone excused herself and then went on to tell me that they were closed. She started they were close a 6 pm, which I stated and showed my phone states it was 6 pm on the nose and I just had a question. She said they were closed and could not tell me if they had a home test, so I left. Not my first time was getting bad service here, but it will be my last. I miss the mom-and-pop pharmacy, just like Walgreens was in its early days.

I have been with them for a long time, but the service is so lame in the pharmacy. I had three typical refill prescriptions to pick up. They were ready. I had to wait, with no one in line first just to get waited on. She got the prescription. Then remarkably she said she had to have the pharmacist sign off on it. ??? No controlled substance, all meds I have had before. I was told to go sit down! Finally, after a considerable wait, the technician came back. I complained that I never have had this before. She gave me a speel that it was federal law. I told her b******** there was no reason for my wait. She has no idea what she is doing. The manager came over, and was not receptive. Just horrible customer service, they have been understaffed forever and will not hire more people. Which I think is a cheapness issue with the actually nice personally store manager. But, I have had it. Switching to CVS, I want nothing further to do with Walgreens. My friends on the East Coast say it is the same thing. Walgreens used to be so good here, but not anymore.

The pharmacy here lacks knowledge and is extremely slow. If you're a pharmacist shouldn't you know what products you have and are able to fill? Wasted an hour waiting to find out they didn't have we needed. CVS is just as busy if not busier and they are super fast. 15-20 mins for a prescription. I will not go back to Walgreens, EVER!

This review is specifically for the Fedex center inside the Walgreens. Normally I try to extend as much patience to staff in the service industry, but these 2 Fedex workers are literally the most incompetent workers I've ever encountered. One especially saw me, ignored me, and proceeded to help the person behind me in line. When she finally acknowledged that I was waiting there after a while, she proceeded to tell me that there is no tracking number when I asked her to confirm a tracking number on a package I was picking up. Worker - "There is no tracking number on this" Me - "Um, it is RIGHT there" *points to the middle of the box* *Silence* Never again am I arranging to have a package dropped off there.

I had a flu shot vaccination appointment this afternoon. I arrived on time only to have to wait in line due to others who were having issues with their appointments. I finally got to check in and my temperature was taken and I was asked screening questions (even though I had already completed them online). She asked if I had insurance and I informed her yes, I had already uploaded my insurance card to website when I made my appointment. She couldn't pull it up so I had to show it again. She then informed me that they do not accept Anthem for flu shots. I told her that the Anthem website lists their location as one of their providers for flu shots. She asked the manager and again said no. I pulled up the website to show them the pharmacy was listed. She basically just shrugged and said she didn't know why. Total waste of my time. Luckily there's a CVS right down the street that took me and my Anthem insurance immediately with no appointment necessary. Thanks for nothing Walgreens.
