Won't ever buy another tool from this place again. Bought 2 bran new weed eaters never ran right from the start brought them in multiple times for the staff to replace things like fuel filter and air filter to fix the problem super disappointed to the point were I left the tools there and walked out.

We needed an expert in paint today and lucky for us Megan was there !!! She helped with a difficult problem involving matching the paint on some old siding and did a magnificent job as she is a perfectionist!!! She was a joy to work with and solved our problem beautifully !!!!

I like the small town hardware feel here. If they have what I need and I don't want to fight the crowds at Home Depot or Lowe's, I prefer to come here. They don't have a huge selection of stuff due to their limited size.

I've never had much faith in ace ( I've always been a home depot girlie ) but today i went into ace just because it was convient a man named cody helped me out and changed my entire outlook on ace . Now i truly believe that ace is the place with the helpful hardware folks .

Prices can sometimes be better down the hill but I will say this. The knowledge, attentive, and friendly staff makes your overall shopping experience here exceptional. It can't be matched by the big box stores. John truly cares how's his employees treat customers. He does a great job selecting staff and the store has a great inventory. I like supporting local businesses and I'm thankful we have this business in Alpine.

I had an obscure project I was working on for my RV and was in the fastener section probably looking quite puzzled. Meghan approached me and asked if I needed any help and proceeded to not only answer each and every single one of my questions, but was so incredibly kind in the process. By the time I left she felt like a really good friend.I came in the following day with more puzzled looks and was approached and assisted by Kris. Another ACE employee that made me feel more like a friend and not just an ignorant customer =) Thank you so very much for the above and beyond kindness from Meghan and Kris. It's so seen, felt and appreciated.
