Our daughter has been cared for at Alpine Children's Academy for a year and we couldn't be happier with her experience. The team is loving, attentive, and focused on education. We've been amazed by the amount of art projects she brings home and how quickly she picked up her ABCs and numbers. The management team is top notch - don't be swayed by the earlier reviews that failed to acknowledge how quickly and deliberately they addressed the issue. Despite the reviews, we chose Alpine Children's Academy because we felt very confident in their quality of care after touring the facility and meeting the team. Over the last year, our confidence has grown and we have come to cherish the Alpine Children's Academy team as an extension of our family.

The staff is amazing. They care for the children as if they are there own family. New teachers are caring and compassionate toward the care of the children.

I started my first daughter at this daycare about 2 yrs ago and my 2nd daughter joined about a year ago. I was very weary in the beginning due to my daughters being so attached I wasn't sure how she was going to react to other people caring for her. The first person I had encountered was a teacher who is no longer there who I was made aware would be my daughters teacher. The second person that my daughter had gravitated towards as soon as we met for orientation was the director, Ms. Stephanie. As time went on ms. Stephanie had continued to show comfort and great care for my daughter and this was also the case when I started my 2nd daughter. Ms. Stephanie has shown to be very hands on and involved with the classes at the daycare from the beginning she's very personable and most importantly my daughters feel the most comfortable with her. The other teachers for my daughters classroom have also shown great care and are very gentle towards the children from what I have witnessed. Ms. Joy and Ms. Donna actually teach curriculum to my girls who both know there ABC's and numbers up to 20 by age 2&3 my 3 yr old has also learned how to write letters as well as her name a lot has been taught that I just would not have the time and patience to do I am very pleased and grateful for the environment that this daycare and staff has provided for my girls. Any issues that have been an issue were addressed promptly and taken care of immediately I appreciate the level of concern and care that they as a team have provided for my girls.

I would give them a 0 if I could. They refuse to feed my baby any baby food saying "he doesn't want/like it" but the containers of baby food aren't even opened or touched not even the spoon is moved. I even have sent toddler meals for my baby and they come back untouched. He is 11 months and needs to be eating actual food not just bottles. They charge u money for daycare even if your child doesn't go the whole week to "hold their spot" but my baby is in the ER because he got sick from this daycare and now I have to pay for the medical bills and this stupid place for whatever reason. Worst experience. After hearing that he was in the hospital they wasted no time trying to ask me for my debit or credit card information like $1000 grows on trees even though I should only be at $750.

We have been so happy with Alpine Children's Academy for our son. The teachers are caring, patient and well-qualified. The facility is clean, organized and safe. They offer infant, preschool, before and after school care. Visit this school! you will be glad you did.

I had very good experience with this place. My both kids went there. Teachers and staff are very friendly, responsible and professional . Rooms are clean, full of toys, books and educational material. Delicious and healthy food. Playground is safe and big enough for kids.Thank you guys.

Videos have been circling and confirmed that 2 of their employees have been finding amusement in treating the babies poorly. Pouring water in infants ears to wake them as a punishment for “not listening” and to “redeem herself.” I recommend not following the owner when they move or change the name of the daycare, for obvious reasons (google the people involved and you will see for yourself).

I would suggest to read reviews on yelp regarding this daycare. They have been proof of child abuse and neglect surfacing recently. The yelp reviews also provide the video of a staff member pouring water on a sleeping child’s face to wake them up, etc. The video was from their staff member’s Snapchat account.

They allow teachers to abuse kids. Stay away from this place. It’s so sad moms and dads can’t trust people they should be able to because of lack of care to employee people who aren’t heartless.
