Rite Aid closed down, so we are now at CVS… I’ve spoken to the pharmacy staff TWICE this week regarding my fist-time-at-CVS prescriptions. First, I confirmed that they received the Rx’s. Then I got a text saying I need to talk with the pharmacist. So I called again. I was assured that everything was fine and my two prescriptions were set and would be available for pickup on Sunday. It’s Sunday. I called to make sure they were ready before driving over there. NOPE! They don’t even start to process them until I CALL THEM TO ASK THEM TO PROCESS THEM!?!? Unacceptable! I’ve called twice to make sure they would be processed on Sunday. Now, they are starting to work on them, and they text me and tell I can pick them up after 8am MONDAY!

It’s baloney that you can’t talk to a live person. They say they will call you back in an hour and that’s only if it doesn’t appear with their lunch break or a private phone call that hour can turn into 24 hours. That’s the new world we live in. Talking To a real person is getting harder and harder, crazy world

Every time I have to fill something here there is a problem, and I can’t get medication I need to be on. The pharmacists are the least helpful most difficult people to work with. Other cvs pharmacies I use are wonderful, I live up in Julian and this is closest and sometimes the only one I can get to but I’m reminded every time I try why it’s worth driving down the hill to go to one farther away.

Impossible to get through to pharmacy because they won't answer.. called store and gave up after 20 minutes on hold. Just wanted to know if my Rx was done...shouldn't be that difficult.

I shop at CVS for shelf stable grocery items and personal care items for 70 homebound senior households. I REALLY appreciate the coupons and my Extracare discounts. Sometimes it takes me 12 or more months to have enough for those 70 households but I make it work! Thanks CVS ( your associates in the Alpine , Ca store are so awesome)!
