I tried to ask the cashier a question, and she was very dismissive and rude, as if I was bothering her. there were three people behind the counter, and I was the only customer in line.

The gas station itself is very spacious and hardly ever crowded (at least when I have been there), but there is a Hispanic woman that works the register, mid to late 30's, today (7/24/23 12 PM) she had short hair, that is so incredibly demeaning and bitter. It's not a shock that she turned out to be a Democrat or at least lean that way. This is my warning to management, and people of Alpine in general! This area is one of the very few areas of San Diego where you can go and be treated with respect by polite people. Don't let the community slip because you hire people out of feeling bad for them etc. Stick to your guns!I hope that she will be spoken to by management and whatever she is going through will resolve itself very soon so she can become a happier person.

Great location right off the exit with excellent lighting and feels safe to pump gas this late. This location has 24hr store for restrooms and snacks. I will say the gas is very expensive at this location compared to inland areas of the city.

9 pm and was closed as cashier decides to clean bathrooms and then go change tape on pumps. Really thats what time is designated to do this. Rude as hell ,waited and we finally left as she showed no care in the world for customers.

Stopped through on our way to Carlsbad. The bathroom was clean and store in good condition. Price of gas was high, but what do you expect from a gas station on a highway?

Very pricey fuel. Large feeling based accommodate any size vehicle. Diesel. Convenient store on side with lotto, ATM , gender neutral bathroom, bagged ice and propane cylinder tank exchange. The store and restrooms are very clean as well as the exterior. Right off I-8 in Alpine

Don't go to this place. They do not help handicapped people. I was asked for my ID which was no big deal. It was expired and they would not except my I'd . I asked the manager that was 6 feet away. I am obviously over 30 years old and told her it is very difficult for me to walk and that I was disabled. It would be very painful to walk to my car even though it was 25 feet away.i said I happen to have my passport in my car I could get it I'll be right back. I walked out the door got my passport and they had not waited for me. I mean it was not even 45 secounds. Then to top it off I was made toneait from the back of the line again. When I asked the manager what the deal was she talked over me rudely and refused to allow me to have my space back in line. Then when I questioned the I'd thing she said it's the law and argued with me again. I taught classes about checking people's identification, the laws and responsibilities. She obviously doesn't know the difference between a policy and the law. I am not required to show my I'd anywhere. The idiot doesn't know as long as I am of age there can be no broken laws. Learn your business miss manager, treat your customers with kindness and respect. Don't blow people off and don't argue with people when you don't know what you are talking about. I will never return to this place and i recommend that you don't either. The absolute rudest young person I have run into in a long time. The poor cashier was doing her job but the manager just lost 30 people that went there for thier gas and snacks 2-3 times a week.
