This time of year customers want to feel welcomed and seen when they come into the store. This is the 2nd day in a row I visited the store and no one greeted me upon entrance. Yesterday I walked past 4 associates- made it all the way to the back in boys before an associate greeted me(She was a gem). Today was the same until I got to the register then they magically came alive. Unacceptable! I expect more from GAP when it comes to customer service do better Team we are all dealing with life- you could be that one shiny thing in someone's day!

There are not very good offers but they do have discounts, if you like the brand you can find clothes a little cheaper than in other places
