She was very pleasant and assured me she would help as this was my first time returning a package to this company. She patiently waites while I accessed my account to show her the QR code. And there was no problem that my tape dispenser died on me and I could only secure one side of the box; she said she would tape it up for me. It was a great experience all around!”
