Tools were dirty and she didnt comb my hair at all just sort of went at it- i showed her a picture and it looks nothing what i asked
She also used a comb that she used on someone right before me- right on me :/
My hair is now super uneven and choppy- i feel absolutely ugly

The owner was rude to her employee in front of me. Three times she told her to hurry up, to help a new person who came in. Besides the pedicure costing more than most places, it was so basic that I won't be back. She does not understand the importance of customer service, nor empathy for her workers.

Dawn trimmed my hair putting layers in as I requested. I asked if she'd blow dry my hair. I'm grateful she was there for me when I needed it and took me right away! New Reflections is west of it's former location: 2202 Alpine Blvd #102 Alpine Shar In Alpine, across the street from The Alpine Women's Club. Very reasonable prices too.

Cleanliness of tools they use on hand and feet are not up to standard. Used same paper towels as previous client. Tools came back from previous client on same paper towel! No, no, no. Actually they do good work and are reasonable but need to up their hygiene first their customers

Myrna, and Dawn are so good they are kind and are so good to my dad so glad I can take my 82 year old dad there for his pampering.

I have Dawn for hair and waxing (never thought I'd be doing that) and Myrna for pedicure and nails. At first just wanted to get straightened out for the new year, nails etc, were pretty bad. After going one time I knew this was the place for me and I now make sure I go at least once a month. People are great and prices are reasonable. I had been bouncing back and forth trying to find a hair salon and/or a nail place; who knew there was an exceptional one so close to home.

Vibe is amazing The staff are pleasant My person was Lee and she does it ALL She did my eyebrows and I got so many compliments I had to go back for my hair which she cut in long layers and I love it Also did a relaxing pedi The owner is a sweet lady and caters to the needs of her customers This place is a hidden treasure I am now a loyal customer

I have been looking for a new salon since the place I had been going to since I was a child closed during COVID. I am so glad to have found this place! I had Dawn give me a trim and she was very attentive about what I wanted and was extra careful before she went ahead and chopped off 6" of hair to make sure that was what I wanted. Myrna is a crack-up too. I appreciate that these ladies are happy to let you sit quietly and zone out. They chat as much or as little as you like. Prices seem fair. My cut was $30.

I've lived in Alpine for many years, however, this is the first time I have been to New Reflections. The experience was wonderful! I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable as soon as I arrived. This has not been my experience with most nail salons I have been to. Myrna did a great job and she was so pleasant and likable. The salon is convenient and welcoming in addition to providing great service.
