Every person who works at this Postal Annex is friendly and helpful and goes out of their way to give great customer service. I have had a PO Box there for a few years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

All the standard shipping options are available here. However, they won't do FEDEX returns. They will ship FEDEX, but if you want to return a shipment and have a bar code or QRC, they won't accept it. You have to go to an actual FEDEX store.

Often a bit of a wait. Have to pay $1 to drop off USPS. No Amazon UPS drop off service.

I'm in here all the time for dropping off pre-paid Amazon returns. They typically know it's me now and let me skip the line to put the packages on the counter for later processing. I've never had a problem with them scanning everything in same day.Rose the owner is great and Dana is the sweetest person ever!Pro-tip, for $1 you can also return USPS pre-paid packages there and save yourself a trip to the post office.

Convenient spot if you are dealing with other companies like Ups,FedEx, ect.. Customer service can be a hit or miss and not a fan of the 1 dollar fee for USPS packages. Supposedly it's to ensure that items get "stored" and sent to USPS though hard to believe as the Rancho San Diego location has more traffic and does not have this policy. Otherwise your typical postal annex.
