  She had my review hidden so I'll leave one here. This is a 100% accurate and honest review. I came to her last year for multiple things related to my past taxes and was willing to pay any amount to get my situation cleared up with the IRS. Long story short she did an OIC (offer in compromise) for one of my prior tax years. She wrote it up and had me send out the paperwork. Well first time wasn't done correctly I received it back from the IRS. Second time was but the IRS moves very slow and said it would be 6 months before they call me to discuss it. Well around that 6 month period end was time to file new taxes for 2021. Basically had a few questions for Shirley and needed to have 2020 taxes filed, which I already thought she did because I paid her to do so, but she did not. Some back and forth ensued between us via email, and after like 3 messages she claimed I still owed her money and that she would not speak to me until I paid her more. Well I had paid her in full long ago, so she basically didn't complete what I paid her for. And now I'm left to deal with this offer in compromise on my own. I would recommend not to come to Shirley hays with anything serious other than simple taxes.
