I drop packages between the Alpine post office and one in El Cajon. The Alpine Post Office is nice and the clerks are very fast and patient. I have shown up with 14 packages for them to scan and never once encountered anything but patience and helpfulness.

I wish I could leave 0 star not even 1 the short Hispanic lady was extremely rude and I strongly believe appropriate action should be taken regarding her behavior I came to this location helping my brother to get his passport and as I was translating for him she repeatedly asked unnecessary questions about whether he speaks English acting beyond her role as if she were an immigration officer her attitude was uncalled for and disrespectful she needs to seriously relax I guarantee her own dad didn’t speak a word of English when he first got here. FIRE HER

This post office is so awful and it’s the customer service. The one short curly hair, Hispanic lady and the other darker lady with long dark hair are so awful and so rude. This is the only post office I have issues at every time I go inside to try and ship a box off they always give me issues about the address. I’ve almost left several times without my box being shipped. I’ve had to basically beg them to keep trying to type in the address correctly. It’s like pulling teeth every time I go and I know it’s because they just don’t want to help me. I don’t have any issues at any other post office. These two ladies up front should NOT be working in customer service as they are so rude and do not want to help you.
This post office is only two minutes away from me, but I now drive 15 minutes down the road to another post office because it’s just so awful.

Went to get my passport done and the customer service wasn’t good. The clerk was moody and not friendly, I felt like I couldn’t even ask questions. Extremely disappointed and will not be come back to this office. They need to step up their service!

I went to the office for a passport renewal during the walk in hours, but no one was there. Don’t even try calling the phone number because the AI talks in circles and there’s no option to speak to a representative. Awful service.

Short Hispanic Lady with the long curly hair is rude and added her two sense when i needed help or had trouble applying a form. Bad experience in there. They got birds flying around in there like a pet mart.

. 'Bad customer service the first lady didn't even take my application she told the other lady that it was her turn to do passports and the second lady just gave me attitude the whole time but the a guy showed up and said good morning and she started showering friendly to him I thought respected and service should be even for everyone.

The postmaster is nosy and rude. My father passed and I asked for a veterans flag. He wouldn't give me the paperwork to receive it. He said he would put it in my box and never did. I asked several times he ask a lot of personal questions and he won't Accommodateany disabilities. He makes it miserable. The person before him was pleasant.

Will definitely be filing a complaint due to gross negligence and incompetent employees. I brought in a birth certificate and an ID to change my address and he assured me I would get an email confirmation and I did. But it said unfortunately they couldn't verify my identity. With a picture lD and a birth certificate. After I talk with someone at the location first in order to give them a chance to rectify the situation I will be calling the Department Head to file a complaint.
