Outstanding Service at Verizon Alpine!
I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received over the past few days at the Verizon Store in Alpine, CA. The team, specifically Omsar, June, Moe, Hanana, and Gary, were absolutely amazing!
From trading in my old phone to ordering and receiving my new Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7, their professionalism shined throughout the entire process. I was incredibly impressed by how quickly they were able to get me the new phone – having it in just one day was truly fantastic.
Each individual was respectful, incredibly knowledgeable, and simply outstanding at their job. They made what could have been a complicated process seamless and enjoyable.
Thank you, Omsar, June, Moe, Hanana, and Gary, for your phenomenal work! I highly recommend this Verizon location, thanks to their dedicated and efficient team.

I came in to switch my service to Verizon. After looking at the plans I decided to go with the Unlimited Plus plan. During the process the person helping me barely said a word so I didn’t really know what was going on. Next thing I know not only am I NOT signed up on the Unlimited Plus plan, I’m on the Unlimited Welcome plan, the lowest plan, and the store employee also signed me up for a 100 GB hot spot and international calls without asking me at all. I brought a paid off phone and my plan was still almost as much as my T Mobile plan with a phone being financed. So then I had to spend my time on the phone with Verizon to fix everything he messed up. Oh and he dated my plan for the day prior so I had to again fix that with Verizon on my time in order to get my first billing statement correct. I came be the store and a different employee was there and I told him all of this and he could not care less. Avoid this store at all costs.

I will not be coming back. I recently came ot get a new phone. Got the new phone, and was told I did not need to do a trade in for the promotion, which i thought was odd, but hey I'm not the one behind the desk. The next day I get a text that I have. A new number added to my phone. When I went back in it was the same guy that I got my phone from and he said nope there was no new phone number added. Something didn't sit right so I went down to a different store and asked them to open up my account and sure enough there was a new number added, oh and kicker i do need to turn in my old phone for the promotion. I would say the people that work here 100% zero integrity. Would not trust them to open up your account without messing with it.

Be careful when visiting this store, I went in there to get a home internet device, I was told it’s $40 dollars a month and has unlimited data usage like normal internet should. I was there for 3 maybe 4 hours as the representative completely re arranged my entire account. He closed my regular account and moved it to a business account so he could receive commission for my 4 phone lines. I had no clue, he was the store representative and I flat out trusted that this was the correct process. I got my first bill and was charged over $900 dollars for the Internet and usage charges. This store also couldn’t undo all of the things the rep changed on my account. I had to go to a different store to get the correct internet and get my plan reverted to the original version. Flat out will not ever use this store again.
