The gym is clean, with tons of machines, free weights, treadmills, elliptical, etc. They will have anything you would want and more. They also have pool, hottub, steam room, and basketball court. The location is great, the parking is easy, and the staff seem nice.I would recommend doing a 3 day trial and going in to talk to someone about signing up. They do have great deals.

From police sheriff visits to their parking lot due to car thefts to pot smelling restrooms to dirty facilities to rusted pipes and faulty equipment, etc: this place is one of the worst Managers just walk around with a spray aromatizing bad smell

Legitimately going to start looking for another gym. The staff are great but outside of them, this gym continues to decline in quality. Couldn't finish my workout today because there was no way to wipe down any of the equipment upstairs because there were no paper towels and all the spray bottles were practically empty. There are only 24 treadmills and the same 4 or 5 treadmills have been out of service for nearly a month (that's 20% of the equipment). Yesterday, I tried to wipe down the elliptical machine I was using and it was absolutely filthy. It's January, aren't gyms supposed to be putting their best foot forward?

The equipment here is GREAT - so much better maintained and better selected than Arcadia! No complaints there! But it's rarely open when I need to work out and closes early on weekends :( Run it longer hours and I'll change the rating to a 5.

I came home for the holidays and wanted to get a month membership as I want to stay in shape. I first came in on a Friday for the 10 dollar membership that was posted and was told I couldn’t sign up due to a manager not being there. I signed up for a 3 day pass and decided to come in on Dec 4, 2023. I went to the front desk and I didn’t feel welcomed. I was spoken to in a combative tone, I was told they were no longer doing the 10 dollar month plan. I informed her I would like to use my guest pass I signed up for online until i can be added to my family account. She assumed I was not from the area and told me I couldn’t use the guest pass. She didn’t tell me why at first so I had to ask her why. I just felt it was unprofessional. I then had to prove to her I was from the area by pulling out my I’d. By the time we got to the computer to very my number for the guest pass she said I already had it. It seemed as she didn’t want me at the gym. I’m heading to LA Fitness??

The name of the gym is 24 hour fitness and yet this location closes at 10:00pm. Seemingly no intention of actually going back to the hours we pay for.

I've been coming here for 2 years now, and the quality has just consistently gone down since. It feels like every month there's something breaking down. I've seen so many new staff members come and go. It makes you wonder how they're treating their team or that something is wrong with the hiring process. Staff also rarely bothers going upstairs to replace the paper towels or cleaning spray to wipe down equipment. If this wasn't the closest gym to me, I'd definitely consider other places.

The staff and managers at this location are A+. They are always helpful and they keep the facility spotless. Much appreciated!

Forgotten in time facility. Needs to be remodeled ASAP. Looks like they never invest on it to keep it updated not to mention clean. The women locker is disgusting to say the least. There is a sign there claiming they close the W locker 12:30-1:30am for cleaning purposes. If they really do that. They have to hire somebody that really knows the cleaning basics, because no matter what time you go, the floor is disgustingly dirty, the showers glasses habe been untouched for years, showers don't drain properly most of the times, light artifacts are broken and royally deteriorated. They disrespect their members although every year the membership is increased. The swimming pool area is the same, the water sometimes when you swim you can see dirty things floating. Water temperature is always too cold although members always ask too keep it lightly warm (body temperature ad it should be) and the spa is never hot enough. Miserable treatment to members. Its lockers and pool area installations are unsafe I terms of health. If I get a serious health, pulmonary problem, I'm going to sue it because it's obvious that they didn't fulfill minimum health and cleaning requirements.UPDATE: During pandemic they didn’t do anything. Not even use a machine too heavy clean the floors that are black of barefoot steps. Disgusting. The showers are usually clogged of hair. Same the address to dry and make you up. There used to be very (very very) old TV in the lady’s locker room, with the pandemic they took it off and now it is a big hole with nothing in it. It is nice to have the TV on the news when you’re tired having a shower and dressing. It seems like a devastating stress after a combat. Horrible. Dirty. Maintained at minimum or less.Another topic: you have nobody to take care of CS issues in headquarters phone number. They bark at you!Only 2 days before the pandemic I paid $500+ for a set of 8 training sessions just because the trainer (Eric) was exactly what I need to feel comfortable following directions. I took just one session the day before the gym was forced to close. In July they open for a couple of weeks, so I called in order to be reimbursed for the 7 sessions that were paid and I really didn’t want to take the risk to go to the gym, my doctor told me not even think to go to the gym, and on topmy trainer was no longer part of the trainers staff anymore. All that was in the Arcadia, CA location. They were very nice telling me that they put a note in the system for getting the apruebo and the amount (minus 2 (?) sessions) would be reimbursed to my original method of payment (American Express) in a max of 2 weeks. Since that never happened, I started going in person and calling at least twice a week. Meanwhile I didn’t have access to the gym because I told them to deduct the annual membership from the amount they had to reimburse, but since they didn’t take care of that, my membership wasn’t active. Long history short, last year I had to pay my annual membership because suddenly the paid money disappeared from my account but was never reimbursed. I’m still going there just because sober or later they are going to have to reimburse my money back. If you have an idea how to keep trying, please advise. Thus company had stolen my money. At the time I was going twice a week to the Arcadia brunch, they were already laughing at my face with total disrespect.

Beware, a thief appeared at this gym or most likely a group. They broke into my locker and stole all credit cards and all cash.

I paid 25 bucks for a year membership all at once. Nice neighborhood. Equipment is old and area is not the cleanest but I love it here. There no 20 tvs all over or annoying pop music blaring, just weights slamming. Has everything you need.

I went to add my mother to a new membership on my account but the guy helping us told us one thing, and when a supervisor can to help us out she told us something else and when I asked her why he said one thing and she aid another she told that the employee was sick and probably not in his right state of mind. If that's the case why is he working period? After that she started acting very rude towards me and my mom because we were asking to many question I guess. She seemed like we weren't important enough, that's how fealt by the time everything was over my mother wanted to cancel her new membership that's how awful her service of the was supervisor was. I
