I just had the worse experience! If you play scratchers like me please make sure you know what amount you win because I just can’t believe the clerk took my money! I purchased a $20 dollar ticket for crossword and $5 deuces wild poker ticket. For the $ 20 dollar one I scan it in my phone and it said I had won $50 dollars and in my $5 dollar one I got one that I $5 dollar and the other one was $10.00 total $65.00 . I purchased another ticket and when she gave me the rest of my money she only gave me $35.00 I didn’t understand why so I ask and she said it was $55.00 ??? I said okay and left but then I turn around and ask her to scan it for me one more time just to be sure because it didn’t make sense!!!!!??? She started being rude said that she already had through the tickets and told me that if I was new to gambling I could check the screen!? It’s ridiculous how she behave and honestly I hope they teach her some customer services because she needs it!

Custumer service at this place is excellent the lady behind the counter is very friendly and very pretty I love this gas station sometimes I just stopped to say hello to the staff I really recommend this place .

There's an older woman at the front desk, probably in her late 40s or 50s, with long black hair. This is my second time coming to this place, and every single time I enter, this lady is unpleasant to customers behind the counter. She also has customers hanging out behind the counter , Despite being a very nice gas station where people come in the mornings, no one wants to start the day with a miserable person.

They get no score the lady in the morning is so rude if your a lady she won't speak mybe because I'm black but she sure is nice to all the men especially the one she works with he a black guy and she sooo cool with. Him she not friendly I have to be the one who speak first overall don't go in the morning because loopy is not friendly to Black women

I went out n 08/03/2023 around 9:20 pmand we run out of money so we got our quarters and try ed to get gasoline and the person in the cashier refused to give me service , he said that he had no time to count that damn coins, he started making fun if us because we were trying to buy gasoline with coins. No coming to this gas station anymore.

A woman was asking for gas money to get home so I decided to go inside to put $5 on the pump the woman was parked at. When I approached the register there were already 2 bags of Doritos on the counter. When the cashier charged me for the gas she also charged and reversed $5.99 for BBQ Doritos but I didn't purchase BBQ Doritos at all. And when I asked why, she wouldn't give me an answer as to why, she only kept repeating that the charge for the Doritos was removed and that I was charged only for the gas. Ok, but why was that charged to my tab in the first place???

I frequently use this AMPM and I feel totally taken advantage of by the experience from the employee , of whom was on duty 03/02/2023I went inside the store and I witnessed a man dropping to the floor on a mat. He started to pray and I waited for several minutes until he was done. After the clerk was finished praying I asked him to help me with my problem that I had explained to him before he started his prayer session. He went crazy with me and refused to acknowledge my problem with the lotto machine. He said that I would get a refund after he was done praying. But that was a lie, he became very abrasive and gave partial refund. I asked him if I could get all of money back, he said no after asking several times, he threw the rest of my refund on the floor. A kind gentleman that was waiting in line picked up the rest of my money.
