No one ever answers the phone. Need to go to the branch to get anything done. When I do, always hear disgruntle customers. Complained to assistant manager, he seemed to know about the situation and said he will resolve it but nothing has been done.

I just went to this branch to use the ATM. First thing I noticed as I entered and exited- trash, everywhere. This is a bank, a place that does serious business. There's trash outside. It's disgusting! Please improve the location.

I love this branch! Every employee in there is so kind and helpful! I love that there are a lot of bilingual employees, especially because there are a lot of Spanish speaking seniors and people in the community. I'm not a senior myself , but it makes me happy to know people in the community are being helped in the language they feel most comfortable in. Thank you to all the employees who help me every week with my deposits and for making it a nice experience !

My experience at this BOA was not bad at all I happened to get in during the week in the early morning start while most people were heading to or where already at work, the employees and managers try there best at this branch to serve their customers.

This is the worst branch I have ever been to for Bank of America. I had sold my car to a private seller and we met at this branch to deposit his check from Navy federal credit union into my BofA account, before I give him the car title. The branch manager refused to accept the check, because of the way Navy Federal filled out the printed check, it didn't have the car buyers name, just Navy Federal's signatures. After over an hour of trying to work this out, calling Navy Federal and having them talk to the BofA manager, etc. They still refused... On the way out, I decided to try Chase bank across the street instead, since I have an account with them as well. Chase accepted the check immediately and we completed the transaction within 5 min.

They were under construction so no ATM access. They don’t even post it in the website that no ATM- waste of time to go there and only to find out you can’t use their ATM.

If I can keep a zero star I will I'm leaving Bank of America shaking did treat me like a criminal I've been paying my mortgage for over four years at this location and for some reason did not recognize me today I will change my bank mortgage this is it horrible customer service

Good and fast service . Went to make deposit during my lunch hour and there was a long line but the tellers were very efficient and quick.

I closed my checking account after many years when traveling overseas and not having access to my money, even after having notified B of A I was taking that trip. I had one card still open with a less than $50 balance on it. I confess, I missed a payment. B of A closed my account and my credit dove 54 points. This was after having this card for 23 years and a 99% ontime payment history. I'll never deal with B of A again.

Referencing customer service, I didn't appreciate that greeter looking at my account information. It's none of his business! He has some sort of chip on his shoulder and obviously regrets his lot in life. Each time I go in there, the N. Lake Branch, there's always some sort of covert stupid behavior on his part for him to get attention. Dude, it's not my fault you didn't get enough of mommy's attention when you were young. Get over yourself, please.

If I could 0000 Star I well do that I have been working with Bank of America 4 years now cause of this unprofessional and racist manager and stafff I'm gona close my acount and open new ones one with chase and one with Wells Fargo and by the way only this location is bad the rest locations at less the have respect , my bad experience happened today at 4.30 pm

This review is about customer service at Bank of America in general. I lost a credit card. Can't report that on line unless you have the security code and expiration date. BUT I LOST THE CARD!!! Called customer service. Waited half an hour -- 30 minutes -- on hold. Ridiculous.

Remember a time when banks cared enough to provide great service? This branch isn't it. I only come when having to deal with a parent's finances, but jeez, the bankers sure don't go out of their way to help. Unimpressed.

In Pasadena , this branch is tops!. I went to the other branch located at Bonnie and Colorado and got the shuffle. I was asked to try the Lake branch. Maria and Irina were by far the best customer service I have seen in a long time. Experience and and good old fashion customer service are what it takes to get customers in the door and these two earned it. I will be going back and I will be looking at moving my accounts to them once we sit down an do the numbers. Thank you again.
