I recently had the misfortune of experiencing the worst customer service at my local Chase Bank branch, and I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience. From start to finish, my encounter with their staff left me feeling frustrated, unimportant, and utterly dissatisfied.Upon entering the branch, I was greeted with a lackluster welcome from the teller, who seemed disinterested and unengaged. I patiently waited in line for what felt like an eternity, as the staff seemed more focused on their internal conversations than attending to the needs of the customers. When it was finally my turn, I approached the teller's desk and attempted to explain my issue. However, I was met with impatience and a complete lack of empathy. The teller appeared untrained and ill-equipped to handle basic customer inquiries, providing vague and unhelpful responses. It was evident that the staff lacked the necessary knowledge and expertise to address even the simplest of banking matters. To make matters worse, when I requested to speak with a supervisor or manager, I was met with further indifference and dismissive behavior. The supervisor, instead of acknowledging my concerns, seemed more interested in defending their staff's poor performance rather than resolving the issue at hand. It was evident that customer satisfaction was of little importance to the bank's management.Furthermore, the bank's online and telephone customer service were equally disappointing. When I attempted to resolve my concerns over the phone, I was subjected to long wait times and transferred from one department to another without any tangible solutions. Emails and online inquiries went unanswered for an unacceptable amount of time, leaving me feeling neglected and unimportant as a customer. The overall experience left me with a distinct sense that Chase Bank prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. It is evident that they have neglected to invest in proper staff training and fail to foster a customer-centric culture within their organization. This lack of commitment to providing quality customer service is inexcusable for a financial institution of their magnitude. In conclusion, my encounter with Chase Bank was characterized by apathetic staff, inadequate knowledge, and an alarming disregard for customer satisfaction. The bank's failure to address my concerns and rectify

Walked in and there was no line. Stood in line for 10 minutes with two employees behind the counter who didn't acknowledge anyone walking into the bank. Was called up to the window and the employees still didn't help me. Most unprofessional bank I have been to. It's a ghost town and they still are too busy talking and stretching to assist the now line of five customers. Mind you they have been open for an hour. Do better!

Mismanaged from the top down. A useless branch manager who refuses to see clients because she sneaks out early on Fridays before the branch closes. Does she/he contact the customer on the following Monday to address customer concerns? Of course not! Does she/he ever contact customers to address their concerns? No, its been weeks and ... no response!!!The alleged financial advisor: just as useless, arrogant, belligerent, lazy and unreliable. I asked to get contacted by a financial advisor. After two weeks i got a call by a hyper fast talking voice. I told him I am in a meeting, that I wanted to talk to him and that he please call me back in a couple of hours. I never got a return call.obviously this branch and its manager engage in profiling. If you don't fit the preferred profile you will be ignored and you will not get any service at this Chase branch.

Demitrius almost lost $5k of my money by fumbling my fraudulent activity report. It wasn't just one mistake. He made 3 mistakes on 3 different forms/processes and it took me months to undo. I still don't have my $5000 back but I finally got a promise of having it back within 90 days. This is four months after the fraudulent activity.

If you have any power of attorney form to be added to someone's account, this is NOT the branch or the bank for you. All I can say is Demetrius was absolutely amazing but unfortunately he was unavailable because he was in a training and I couldn't get his help to resolve this issue. This branch is literally letting my elderly father (who has dementia) come in pretty much daily to withdraw money and his form of ID is a COPY of an expired ID (from 1986...no kidding....1986) and a check. And yet I submitted proof of a notarized power of attorney three months ago and still haven't been added to his account. They keep locking his account unnecessarily which causes issues with paying his bills and out of all the entities I've had to show power of attorney to, Chase bank and this branch are the ONLY ones creating issues. At this point, I'm gonna explore my options about a lawsuit and/or filing an elder financial abuse claim with the ombudsman because this should not be so difficult. If Demetrius were available, I'm sure this issue would've been resolved already but since he's not available, im stuck and still have no official power of attorney on this account.

I made what I thought was an ordinary EFT transfer from my Fidelity brokerage acct to my Chase checking acct in Altadena. Two days later, someone in Florida tried to withdraw from my Chase accounts with my information. Looks like someone at Chase was pretty careless. While trying to thwart this theft at Chase, I find everyone there has different advice for me. The day after I thought I'd straightened out everything, the Altadena branch manager blocks my activities because she says I'm only permitted to make investments from a business account. Ridiculous, but she says she is the law. Do not do business with Chase, and particularly this branch, if you want to make any investments from your Chase account (although I suspect they'll permit investments to a Chase brokerage account - hah!).

After 20 years at Chase. They closed the branch. Nobody called, nobody cares. Came here thinking to move here, still thinking about it. This branch is nice.

If you need any help with your account ask for Tiffany Bell. She spent a good hour helping my client open a new checking account. She took time to explain everything and went above and beyond to help my client set up his first bank account and get the bonus banking credit. Thank you Tiffany!

Demetrius was the best! He was very knowledgeable. I mean seriously, he took care of my business and had sure I was prepared to operate my business with every advantage. Everyone in the branch was pleasant but Demetrius was the person everyone came to for information. He also just had a way of reassuring me in the process.

Love the convenience of this location. I rarely go inside, so my complaint is mostly about the ATMs. There always seems to be one out of service.

This location is the exact place where I first opened up my account 10 years ago. I have never been with anyone else, because I haven't needed to. Chase Bank has treated me well, any problem that I have they always solve it (if I ever have any), and customer service has been top notch. I do miss Bonifacio, he was the best banker. The Chase freedom credit card is a big bonus, I always get points back, my interest rate is low, and I love that I can pay directly at the bank or from my app.

Dont do business with this Bank or any Chase Banks. Your better off using Wal-marts check cashing then Chase. They held our check on Christmas Eve with no funds available after the deposit. Put a hold on it for 5 days when they know this is a check from current employer. Then asked to speak to a Supervisor from the USA and they had none available... Is this a legit American bank if they only have customer service in the Philippines...Don't put your money in there banks unless you want to wait forever for checks to clear and sub-par customer service from broken English Managers.
