The team at Open Trails is the best! I have bought three e-bikes from them over the years and have found them to be knowledgable and friendly. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other bike shops in the area, and they have a great selection. Highly recommend!

The nicest people in the world. They have great equipment, are super knowledgeable and extremely helpful for pros and amateurs alike. As someone who admittedly knows nearly nothing about bikes the staff was so helpful in getting me up and running and making sure my bike continues to function at a high level. Open Trails is the only bike shop I trust.

Great service here at Open Trails! I would highly recommend purchasing an ebike from them as they already assemble their bikes for you. I purchased my bike from the Pasadena store, but I would recommend trying to get one from the Santa Clarita store just because they have a large parking lot that you can test ride the bikes in. Otherwise, very helpful guys over at Open Trails!

I stopped by a few stores in Pasadena last weekend looking for my first e-bike - I sold my car last year and really need a way to run errands and get around the area. This shop felt much friendlier than others I went to and I was matched to the perfect bike for me. I was able to test ride the bike around the block and it was very fun and easy to figure out with help from the wonderful staff. They are an honest company that price matches without needing to ask which I found really admirable and put the bike in my price range! Since this is my first e-bike, I also was comforted by the one year maintenance warranty and the reassurance they would be there to help with anything I needed in the future. I was very impressed with the price of the bike compared to what I had seen at other shops, especially because the bike came with a wired headlight and rear brake lights, a bell, LCD screen display, a rear rack for cargo, built in "find my iPhone" app, fenders, and both pedal assist and throttle. I left with my dream bike and feel great about supporting such a worthy local business - I truly cannot recommend Open Trails enough!!

Picked up a brand new Talaria Sting R MX4 from this shop yesterday and couldn't be happier. Guys working there were friendly and super helpful. I could tell they were knowledgeable and passionate about the e-bike hobby. They made the sale process easy and the price OTD was more than reasonable. If you're in the market for an e-bike, give this shop a shot, you won't regret it.

My husband and I came to take advantage of the Pasadena electric bike rebate program today and Dave was such a great help. He let us try out the bike around the block and then also helped us gather all the info needed for the E-bike Rebate. We felt at ease and unpressured to buy a bike. He answered all of our questions and was super patient with us. Definitely recommend coming here if you're in search of an E-Bike!

David was so helpful! He let my boyfriend try out a couple bikes and was very informative. He even offered to deliver the bike to our house. We decided we wanted to check out a couple more stores but ultimately ended up coming back to David as he had the best selection and offers. I plan to get a bike eventually to ride with my boyfriend and will definitely be coming back!

I wanted an Aventon E-bike to take advantage of the PWP rebate but most shops were very low on Aventon stock due to long Aventon shipping times. Dave kept in touch with me by text letting me know as soon as the bikes in my size/type I wanted came into his shop. Communicating with him was easy. He set up and tuned the bike free of charge before I came in. Very easy to work with. No other shop was this interactive getting the bike I needed so I bought from Dave. Highly recommended.
