They still charged me 2.50 tip when I said no tip in the card. Their machine are programmed to steal? Btw the lettuce Brown as hell, the tomatoes so bad very dirty place.

Arrived 10 minutes before closing and doors were locked. They don't close at 9:30 they close more than 10 min before fyi.

On 10/21/2023 at 5:20 PM, I came in to purchase a sandwhich, after handing the young lady a $100 bill, I asked for her to give me a few $5 bills and $1 bills, and she said okay. She then handed me my change in all 5's and 1's after and asked me to recount it. So I politely told her she could take it back and just give me 20's to make it simpler. There was a person behind me and she wanted to get his food however, I was still waiting for my change. So the man says I'm just trying to pay for my sub and I said no problem I'm just waiting for my change. The girl behind the counter becomes completely enraged and starts cussing at me, telling me I should have just moved out of the fucking way. We were in a full screaming match, and the manager named joe, had to come and grab her. I asked him for the owner's email to file a complaint, and he told me no and to check the website. I've been coming to that subway since I was in middle school I'm an adult now, and I've never had an encounter like that before.

Sandwich was good outside of the burnt bread. Would've liked a better choice in bread, as this is an important part of the sandwich. I'm minding my diet, so I'm leaving off a lot of delicious unhealthy ingredients, so it's important all the elements are properly prepared. Hopefully they can make up for this

My awarding of four stars was done sometime ago. It sure wasn't a four-star experience this time. They had three employees there, two of whom were futsing around with one of the drink machines while the remaining employee tried her best to take care of everyone standing in line for sandwiches. She was rushing and rushing to try to keep the line moving, but it really was too much for one person to be expected to do. Finally, just as I got to the counter, one of the other two employees came to the sandwich counter to help. The worst thing, though, was the temperature. The restaurant was extremely hot and despite fans turning up on the very high ceiling, there was virtually no air movement. The thermostat on the wall showed 89°. It was a very uncomfortable environment for everyone, but especially the employees who were rushing around in that heat.

Dear subway manager at this location. Whomever was working the shift at 12:05pm on Wednesday, May 17th, 2023 are highly irresponsible. They do not answer the phone and are possibly stealing parts of orders. I placed an order for delivery through the subway app. The delivery is carried out with DoorDash. The two sandwiches were delivered but the two bags of chips were not. This happened previously with two drinks missing. I contacted the driver and he said "Sorry to hear that, the people at subway told me that was the whole. Order i am sure if you let doordash know about the missing item they Can send someone to deliver for you."I call subway first. No answer. I call a few times ring ring ring. I call DoorDash. They offer me redelivery or refund. I opt for refund. But oh dear. I can't get a refund without subway because door dash doesn't have my financial info. So she calls subway. No answer. I now opt for redelivery. She calls subway. Is it the same Subway?? No idea. But they don't answer. So now I have to wait for the escalated refund issue to go through and for me to get a call from subway if they EVER call me and somehow get a refund. I'm pissed. I just accountability. I don't want some punk thinking they can just steal orders. So there's your time stamp subway. Those employees suck. They don't answer their phone and they don't care.

I hardly ever give bad reviews, but this one is terrible, how can you not read directions, light mayo/mustard with emphasis on LIGHT, what I got was a gloppy, runny mess of a sub, and Im not about to make another trip, get it together guys,

Ok, I've been to a ton of subways. I've never given any of them reviews or ratings. But I go out of my way sometimes just to come this one location because staff is very nice, hard working, and underappreciated. I appreciate their hard work and attentiveness especially from a minimum wage job where we expect so much from the staff.

I love how clean and quick this location is. Also, I think the young lady who helped me was Mayra? Thank you for your patience. You are appreciated. There was another customer in there that would not stop talking. It was was too early for all that nonsense but she handled it well.
