“We love the Hotel Niles for its sense of nostalgia and history. We stayed there over three years going through and coming back each June for an event in Sacramento County. I am sorry that the restaurant days have been reduced because now we can't enjoy it. Note; If you want all the modern conveniences or can't climb stairs, book elsewhere.”
“We arrived in the late evening, greeted by a very nice, smiling host-i didn't see his name badge, but he was wearing one. He helped with dining recommendations and told me to let him know if we needed anything. The room was spacious and clean.
Lakeview is a quaint town and convenient as a stop over on your travels. Will definitely stay here again.”

“Great value for the price! Booked the room through booking.com. We were running late so we made sure to call ahead and let them know we would be arriving late into the night and they made sure to save the room for us. It was super roomy, clean, and the a/c worked perfectly. The worker made sure to let us know about the free breakfast that comes by staying here. The free breakfast is a burrito from the Valero nearby and it was delicious!”
“Nothing fancy but quiet, very clean—renovated recently, comfortable bed with nice linens, plenty of hot water and good towels, friendly professional staff. What more do you need on a road trip? I’d stay here again.”

“We went to the restaurant for breakfast. We got seated quickly. The waitress is great! Food came out fast and hot. The sausage was really good. Great prices. Clean place.
Safety: Seemed like a really safe area. The hotel is behind the restaurant.
Noteworthy details: Restaurant in front of the hotel. There's a grocery store across the street and a dollar general within walking distance.”
