“My wife and I were passing through Cedarville Ca, after spending time on many dirt roads, when a back brake began screeching. We headed to the Les Schwab in Alturas. The staff let us use a hose to spray off dust and debris to see if this solved the problem, if it didn't they said it would be a 30 minute wait. The spraying did not resolve the issue so we were prepared to wait for them to be able to investigate further. Instead of having to wait, a staff person immediately removed the tire and he a small rock wedged between the brake and the drum. Problem solved! Exceptional customer service, no charge!
