Too bad they are no longer in the Super Walmart in American Canyon, Tommy and Helen were always able to get their customers in and out.

Very happy with my nails Walked in with no appointment and waited 30 minutes, not bad because I killed time walking around. The staff was kind. Regular nail polish and they took off my old nail polish for $5. Thank you!

I am from LA and used to spending $27 on a regular mani / pedi for a clean + no frills nail salon. I prefer going to a salon that's clean and will get me in + out in 30 minutes. I knew that this salon was just going to be a small shack in a local Walmart. I wasn't prepared for the intense chemical smell that almost made me pass out. I won't be returning due to the chemical smell. The quality of the mani / pedi was passable and $30 for a mani / pedi is a steal for me living in Napa. Enter in at your own discretion.

This was my first time coming here, and I had a pretty good experience. The lady that was working gave a little bit of attitude when I asked if they had time for a pedicure and seemed to not wanna help me. I only got my feet and Tommy did my feet. Tommy was amazing! He was super friendly, nice and gentle. I've been to other places that have cut my skin or made me bleed, but he didn't do any of that. If you go here, ask for TOMMY, he's amazing. Next time I'm gonna try getting a full set here. Their prices are pretty reasonable and somewhat cheap.

I've been here a few times and with my experience for the most part it has been good. I want to rate them 3.5 stars because they are polite and professional. The last time I got a pedicure, I was not too happy. This time, the lady who did my pedicure did a great job. I think it depends on who works on your nails. I like going here because they are fairly quick and conveniently located inside Walmart so I can grab a few things.

I got a full set about a week ago, and they all came off within the same week! I had two guys doing my nails, and the guy who painted them got the nail polish all on my skin. I would recommend spending $10 extra dollars to go to perfect nails (in American canyon) or any other place then this place!

This was the first place I had ever gotten acrylic nails at. I got them a few years back, but the experience still haunts me to this day. It's a really small shop located in the middle entrance of Walmart. It's very very small, so if your claustrophobic I don't recommend. I took over the nail selection that they have at their front desk and showed it to the man. He told me the price and I had a seat. He began on my nails and I just let him do what he had to do because I had never gotten them done before. While he was filing the set he cut my finger. The skin above my cuticle is very thin and delicate, so it tore easily and was bleeding. He just wiped it off without saying anything & even put a bandaid. But literally didn't apologize or even acknowledge the cut. He finished the nails and they were pretty cute, but my God they hurt so bad. I'm assuming that had to do with the length and how thin he had drilled my original nail down. My main issue here was the cut and the dudes attitude. It was completely unprofessional for him to not only cut me but for him to not acknowledge his mistake. I was really young at the time and shy so I didn't say anything, but some people would be more than happy to exchange some words. The whole time I felt rushed, which is never a good way to make your consumers feel. And the vibe as a whole is uncomfortable . I used to also work at this Walmart and would often times see the employees walking around in their little uniforms, which I feel is unsanitary. For some reason they also act like they're better than everyone else, don't smile, and are rude. Overall more than unsatisfactory customer service, lack of respect and recognition of mistakes. I will give them two stars for the nail art itself, because it ended up looking nice. I wish I had a picture to share ): also, after reading more reviews it appears the male nail tech has a habit of cutting clients. If it is a repeating issue idk how the hell the guy still has his license. Horrendous, skip this spot and spend your money elsewhere !
