This company does not do a very good job at keeping their appointments and lets the poo just sit there and stink up the neighborhood! Another missed appointment to empty the poo from their port-a-poty!! Man does it stink!! M & M Sanitary, when will you come empty this shi**y mess???

Thanks to Jennifer and her team! Not only was the toilet delivered on time and kept clean throughout my seismic retrofit followed by complete paint job, the pick-up was so quick, my contractor left something by mistake. A quick call to the office and Jennifer was able to locate the missing item. Crisis averted!

I would recommend them to all family and friends, from telephone call to on site, they could all be of no more help and of information! I will only ever call or recommend k&m! I rented two portable toilets and a handwashing station for my backyard wedding last month. They were delivered and picked up promptly, and were sparkling clean. I even felt comfortable using the handicap one during the wedding (I mostly went inside the host's house, but wanted to see what it was like for the guests) and it was perfectly comfortable inside. No smell at all. Overall very happy with M&M.

Awesome service. Clean products. We had a Easter function at a park that did not have a restroom. We rented a porta potty and a hand washing sink.
