“Today my medicine was delivered to the wrong address. It is a life saving medicine that I must have daily. When I received a message that it was delivered to my home, and it wasn’t here I panicked! I called the post office as I was driving there. The clerk called the carrier (he didn’t recall the package-understandable). The clerk then called the postmaster (I wish had gotten both of their names. The postmaster not only came out- she knocked on doors, located the package, called me and hand delivered it to me!!That meant the world to me- as I had only one needle left! They went over and beyond and their efforts were greatly appreciated!!!!!”

“I pass by the Benicia PO to come to this location. Been coming here for years and yes they are the most, patient, courteous and knowledgeable. The lines can get long but they maintain good service to ALL.
Someone vandalized our mailbox cluster and I am at this PO often lately.
It’s been over a month and it’s still not fixed. How much longer? Realize a number of boxes got hit but it’s super inconvenient standing in line and using expensive gas just to pick up mail.

“I personally love this usps. Used to come quite a bit and I’ve always gotten great service from everyone. I’ve never had any problems with receiving my mail or sending. There’s sometimes a bit of a wait but that’s normal depending on the time of day.”

“Everybody please note that the AC post office opens at 2:30pm (not 2pm) for the afternoon hours, per the sign on the door. Google and every other is wrong when they list 2pm as the re-open time.”
