Very rude and discriminatory from all bank employees. I had a appointment and was told to have a seat. Several bank employees walked past and spoke to other customers in spanish that came in after me and didn’t have a appointment. People walked in the door and was helped immediately they was not told to have a seat and the whole time there was spanish speaking all around I felt uncomfortable and out of place so I politely got up and left to never return again. This treatment is done in Napa but American Canyon is not that.

Beautiful Customer service. No one is perfect but they are very close. I just started and I felt like a lovable Family member. Dunkin Donuts was a great place to celebrate my being a new Member. No complaints yet. ?

I've heard and read good things about RCU. I went ahead and proceeded to work with them in getting a personal loan. The Website will have you fill out an application online, saying someone will get back to you in the next 48 hours. Nothing. Just got declined for no reason and no communication from a banker. The next day at end of day, A banker by the name Jesus V. reached out to say that this can be underwritten and turned. I was told to review the rates and call him back the following day. 5 days, 8 missed calls and 3 voicemails later, NOTHING. Wasted my time. Adversely recommended Redwood credit union. If you do go, don't work with Jesus, totally wasted my time and credit.

Very unfriendly staff, I was there for my appointment. Felt like the guy who was assisting me was not happy to see me there. He was not responding to any of my question or clearing any of my doubts. He said you can call customer care or do fill application online. So my question is, why you have a branch there. I don’t understand .
I have a banking with Wells Fargo from multiple years. There customer service is excellent. They are well trained professionals.

I give it four stars for the reason that there are no cashier procedures but you can do administrative procedures and if you want to withdraw amounts of money you can request authorization so that the ATM can dispense it to you. I have used it about 10 times and the staff is very friendly and always helps me with my procedures, if I would rate the staff I would give it a 5 ?

Excellent customer service! We have refinanced our cars a couple of times for the last 6 years or so. Every time it's been a pleasant experience. It is great working with knowledgeable staff that guides you through the process and looks out for your best interest. The staff seemed nice at first but it seems like a bunch of inexperienced kids working here, made an appointment to get a bunch of things done but apparently after an hour they kick you out. Dude also made a ton of mistakes I had to fix later online.

ATM stole my money holding for 7 to 10 business days no help on either so do not Bank of this bank they will screw you over in the end super unprofessional both center and in store

Professional but incompetent. I called to find the criteria to open a saving account for mother and I was told a valid passport or DL and SSN.I presented a valid passport and SSN and she was denied an account. I called a Redwood representative to file a complaint and verify the documents needed to opened an account and of course the representative was shocked. I received an appointment to open an account over the phone by another branch. I could have argued my point but who wants to do business/ bank with an incompetent team. Very poor first impression.

Very Limited Services at this location. Reason I signed up for redwood credit union was to be able to bank closer to home. Disappointed with lack of Services.
