The new interactive robotic phone tree system is completely inefficient! There are no longer options to: 1. find out pharmacy hours; 2. find out directions to the store; 3. call after hours to leave refill requests; 4. leave refill requests that have expired and need physician approval (meaning the pharmacy has to call the doctor's office for authorization) -- a pharmacy staff person MUST take the call during store hours only with the new system. The previous system allowed customers to do ALL of this. If somebody thought this new phone system would be a convenience, it is anything but that!

GAIL in the cosmetic department has bad customer service. I asked for Claritin and as soon as I grab it from the locked cabinet to see if it was the correct one she snatched it out of my hands. Rude customer service is all got to say.

My dog was recently diagnosed with diabetes which requires a 14 day sensor. I went to purchase and the total came out to $140! Butttt the nice cashier and pharmacist were able to find me a coupon that cut the cost to $70! Thank you so much for going out of your way to help me, I didn't even have to ask you guys were on it! I'll be back!

The people that work at this Pharmacy are very very rude. I went in today to pick up Zrytec D medicine for my allergies and when I was being helped the young girl didn't want to help me because she said that they were closed. I had no idea that they were closed because there was no closed sign in front. I will never get my medicine here ever again. Very bad customer service.

Kudos to the very rude old blond lady who works in the cosmetics department. The old witch who thinks she's the cosmetics police followed me around the cosmetics department and had the audacity to tell "DONT TRY THE LIPSTICKS, NOBODY WANTS TO BUY IT AFTER YOU TRY IT ON YOUR HAND!" How rude is that!!? I was actually going to buy that lipstick but after she said that out loud for the whole store to hear I didn't buy it and put it back!" You call this CUSTOMER SERVICE?! This woman is sad sad sad and emits a bitterness and rudeness that I have never ever seen. Shame on you Walgreens for employing such a killjoy and amtierish customer service sales Person. It's just frickin makeup and a customer like me will never ever buy makeup from your store when I'm so viciously and rudely disrespected!!!

Avoid this place if you can. They run around like chickens with their heads cut off, and the pharmacist huffs and puffs when she gets pulled away from her computer screen like we're a bother. My friend's mom received the wrong medication and for even the wrong person! My mom was there a long time too but i transfered her out. The old crew were good and efficient,(the two guys and the Indian girl and the girl with the tattoos.). This crew, i have a hard time understanding, and they don't follow thru. And that one girl pushy with immunizations, each time it was the same thing. Like No means No! They needed to order and anitbiotic for my mom whom but they never ordered it, so after all that I was done..shen went the whole weekend without it and come monday they still don't have it! forget it,..i'll go elsewhere..i don't have patience for those games or to be left falling through the cracks and once you're mad and yelling at them that's when they want to fix things, too late!

The pharmacist I spoke with in Walmart American Canyon by the name of Sara is very rude, sarcastic and has terrible attitude. She does not even deserve to get one star. No customer service skill what so ever. She should not work in a place that involves customer service. Besides the fact that she made me fully aware that she is a pharmacist. Your position/tittle dont mean anything if you does not have any good presonality dealing with customers. What a shame! So to the managers of American Canyon in Walmart pharmacy, please address this to your employee Sara. Thanks.

Yesterday I came in to purchase a swimsuit for my daughter, since unfortunately her swimsuit was too tight on her and I found the perfect one with a coverup in her size! Lucky me since an employee wasn't sure where they were located and I happened to stumble upon them. Also thanks to the help of the sales associate Dennis, I was able to find a Onn Ring Stand to replace my broken PopSocket and I think it was only $2.50, amazing deal and works great!! I would definitely recommend this location, it was close by the hotel and I'd be back if I were in the area again!

I went to this Wal Mart to pick up some shampoo and conditioner last Sunday. To my shock and horror I seen ALL the products for black hair are locked up behind glass doors Wal mart management team think it's okay to ring a bell and wait over 5 minutes for someone to open the locked doors. Once they open the door the salesperson won't let you put the item in you shopping cart. They will bring the item/items to the cashier as if ALL BLACK PEOPLES STEALS . I felt so disrespected as a black person and an honest customer and I will not be returning to this Wal Mart never again. ALL BLACK PEOPLE SHOW BOYCOTT this Wal Mart because they don't respect our money . â€

Here we go again with another terrible review. Currently in checkout line with a futon bed on top of a cart that we had to lift ourselves because TWO different employees said they were getting help for us and 20 minutes later...still standing there waiting. So screw you guys.

We tried ordering our groceries to be delivered . We ordered Saturday night to be delivered on Sunday between 11am and 12pm. After 1pm my wife contacted their customer service and first they said it had been picked up 2 hrs prior so they would contact the driver. Never heard back from them. We contacted them again around 5pm and they said the order had not been picked up and they were calling a new driver. I had enough and cancelled the whole order and will not be using it again
