I am shocked by the negative reviews of this Pharmacy in Anaheim Hills. This review is for the Pharmacy, not the CVS store. I have little to no experience with the store itself. I live in Santa Ana, work in Yorba Linda and have made this my home pharmacy even though it is a little out of the way for me. The pharmacists are always helpful. Everyone at the counter speaks english and are always nice to me. When they are busy they will often have additional staff come to the register to help with the lines. Sometimes a person will be working two registers to speed things up. I get my prescriptions filled accurately, fast, and when they say. I get a text telling me when I have something to pick up. I could not be happier with the service levels of this Pharmacy. Sorry if others have had other experiences.

If you are thinking about switching pharmacies, this location is NOT a good choice! The pharmacists are indifferent as the pharmacy itself is completely unorganized and inefficient. I automatically got switched to this pharmacy after the Anaheim Hills Riteaid closed and I have never OnCE had a smooth transaction with this CVS. I will be switching ASAP.

Horrible experience here today with this lady that had blue colored eyes and big eye lashes. She went off to look for the meds and returned back to the register but another person took over her register , I can say they honestly don’t care about people here at the pharmacy!

I highly recommend this CVS pharmacy. The technicians and pharmacists are friendly and kind. The technicians greet you and don't rush you. The pharmacists are informative and caring and will give you the time you need to answer your questions. I transferred to CVS, leaving another local pharmacy that was just downright rude and disrespectful to the customers. I shop the store mostly to utilize the coupons that print with my pharmacy purchases. I can't throw away free money!

The staff here literally made me cry... I went in at 10:30ish. I was so excited to see they had an amazing selection of makeup and girl stuff that they don't have at other CVS'. I bought almost $50 worth of product. First, when I went in there was NOBODY to be found anywhere, I had to yell around walking around the whole store to finally find an employee. I was trying to print my coupons and their machine wasn't working. I asked an employee and they rudely said "it doesn't work". So I inquired about how I could see my coupons, maybe on an app or some thing. And they made it seem like I was the dumbest person for asking. At 10:58. They made an announcement on the loudspeaker saying they were closed and to bring your purchases up. I've still was looking at a pair of nails and I thought I had two minutes left. The manager a lady was basically following me around telling me the store was closed as I was trying to walk down the aisle to find what I needed. When I went up to the register at about 11:01 one, I asked if I could grab a drink really quick. The guy that was going to check me out rudely said no we need to close. I said OK no problem. So I was he was checking me out. He wouldn't answer any of my questions about how much things were and if they were on sale. Unfortunately, I left my card in the car. I asked if I could go grab it really quick as I was in the very front parking space, and the employee said no you can go maybe come back tomorrow I guess. I said I was sorry, but it would take me maybe 10 seconds to grab my card and then I would be out of their hair.. thankfully the manager begrudgingly said, go ahead and grab it. I've never been treated so rudely at any store ever. Mind you I work in food service and deal with people coming in right before I close all the time and I have never treated anybody like that. Before I left, I told him I was sorry and started tearing up. Mind you I was out of that store by 11:05 ...

The service or lack there of I received from Amber in the pharmacy was absolutely unacceptable. I am over 60 years old and have never been so disrespected. Amber insisted on arguing with me. She was not the least bit interested in resolving my situation or explaining in a pleasant manner. Between my husband and I we have more than 15 prescriptions that are filled monthly at this CVS. I will be transferring them immediately.

I've written more than one raving review about the service I've received at this CVS. Unfortunately today was not the same. The service or lack there of that I received from Amber in the pharmacy was unacceptable. She insisted on arguing with me. She could not stop. I am over 60 years old and do not deserve to be spoken to by someone the way she spoke / argued with me. We have more than 15 prescriptions at CVS that I will be moving to another pharmacy.

I came here again today on October 21st, 2023. The staff is always very friendly and they work pretty hard since they don't have that many workers working each time I come. The building is old but it's in a nice and peaceful location. I love coming here for simple things like drinks and ice. They always have some kind of fun holiday or seasonal section with affordable fun items that I love checking out too when I'm here. I've used the pharmacy a couple times and the ladies have always been patient and kind with me. I've also come here twice to get passport photos for myself and my family and the staff were very helpful each time. Seriously this staff works hard running back and forth helping customers. My personal experience is that this is the best CVS ever.

The worst I’ve ever been to. They don’t care and do not report the refills correctly. Many times over they have failed to report out of stock. Refills and even a PA expiring. They have cause me to go without meds that have terrible side effects when suddenly going without. Will never use them again and I suggest no one else consider them for medication unless you want it to go poorly.

My local CVS, always convenient. But I would never thought I'd get "scammed" by CVS today. I bought these Starface pimple patches containing 32 stars but got 16 stars back, so someone must've opened the package and steal the other 16 stars because the packaging itself is easy to take out. Disappointed and sad knowing half of my money went to waste but looks like i gotta look through before purchasing anything there.
