“So I can say that this experience was GREAT especially as a first time user. I called their competitor first out of habit because they are a well known global brand. The competitors south coast plaza store did not carry the currency I was looking for and neither did the second location I called!? So with some google searching I found this place and called. They had the currency ($CAD) They had the amount I requested. I only paid about $4 above spot exchange rate which I feel was extremely reasonable. Keep this in your radar for your currency exchange needs! Recommended”

“I don't usually write reviews for grocery markets however, this review goes towards an employe by the name of Michael. I decided to get grocery's really late ate night. While me and my fiancé were waiting he instantly provided assistance. We wanted the jumbo shrimp which was sold out. We asked if perhaps they had more in the back, Michael from the seafood/ meat section went out of his way to go check, he could of said no we are all out just like anyone else would have said. however, he gladly went to check and brought back enough shrimp for us. We were very delighted with his great service & his bubbly personality. If anyone goes to this location make sure to ask for ("Michael")”
“My deli order was done on time! The fried chicken was good. The baked chicken was good and stayed hot-I would have liked there to be more seasoning on the baked chicken with more brown color and crispier skin.”

“Stater Bros. Market has been our "go to" market for years. Their produce is always fresh & available. Marcus, the manager is well known to all the community and his shoppers. He's always there to say hello & make sure you're finding everything you need. My mother is always asking for Staters chocolate milk & Marcus is always doing his best to have it stocked. They always have checkers available when a line forms, which is important to me.”

“This is my favorite Stater Brothers.This location is very clean and you can tell it takes pride on appearance, which makes fabulous.The produce section I wish some produce would better on quality and bigger expectations. Recently, cucumbers, green beans, celery and few others quality isn't great. Hope this can improve.The butchers are so helpful and are prompt. Greats selection of protein.The cashiers are so friendly and always suggest to help me to assist me, with my groceries. The one thing I get upset at myself is my bags! I always forget. So don't forget your bags. They have sushi location as soon you walk in, will be to the right. The produce section has 2 team members cutting fruit and placing them in containers.They do have a mini bakery but they have a baker to assist. As soon as you walk they have best tortillas I've ever had! Flour and corn! Different sizes. The team that I encountered with are so kind and helpful.One person I wish I knew his name but he is a young Caucasian male, with ash blonde curly a bit long hair, gets the carts.He is so helpful! Complete hands on!He might putting carts away, but he is aware of his surroundings.He will notice who needs a hand and will assist.He has helped me so many times and I'm very grateful for the service he gives.This individual is a rockstar and know how genuinely helpful he is to your customers. “Larry in the pharmacy helped me! Words cannot express how thankful I am that he works there! He helped me catch a mistake my Dr. made when I had been prescribed the WRONG medication. He was so lovely and kind (and funny) and helped me when I was extremely stressed out. He absolutely knows what he's doing and is not just competent, but took the time to actually talk to me and hear what happened and immediately helped!”

“Really glad they finally upgraded this store. My only complaint is training the person who bags the groceries better. I come home with smashed chips, and bread. I arrange my cold food and room temp items on the belt so it's easier to bag. When I give a cold bag to put my frozen and cold items in, they will put the cheezits in there and my frozen stuff in a regular bag.”

“I have used this pharmacy quite a bit because of the drive thru service. It is great to be able to never leave your car. Yesterday I was helped by Karen who was the most friendly person I have ever interacted with there. She had such a pleasant demeanor and her kind nature improved the task of having to pick up a prescription. She is the kind of person who makes any job better just by being their kind self. “I love this Stater bros. They always have what I need when I do my weeks worth of grocery shopping, I never leave without something I came for. For example, and the reason for this post: just the other day I was looking for some artichoke jalapeño spinach dip at the beginning of my shopping. There was a lady restocking items in that area and we both looked and couldn't find any. First time that's ever happened! I was sad lol. I'm then in the checkout line towards the end of my shop and the same lady, (I wish I grabbed her name) found me in the checkout line and had found the dip I was looking for! she was restocking on the complete opposite side of where I was in the checkout line. She dropped everything she was doing, probably looked down every isle till she found me at the other side, almost ready to leave! I couldn't believe she went so out of her way for me. It may seem small but it seriously made my day and meant so much to me! Thank you!! (:”
“I love this location for my flowers. We always get our Valentine flowers there and they are awesome. We ordered pink roses for my mom's 90th birthday and a matching corsage. Well... Blanca made the most beautiful arrangement for her. She used Russian roses. Absolutely stunning. Teri made the corsage. My Mom felt really special. If you ever need flowers, definitely see Blanca or Teri in the Vons in the Festival Center. They are amazing!!!”
