I don’t really appreciate being followed from one aisle to the next as if I’m going to steal something. This dude literally left the counter from other customers to watch me. I’ve been coming here for six years at least because I live right across the street for that long. I’ve never given any reason. Not to mention, dude I have a government job at **** ****. Amazing pay, benefits and a pension. I don’t need to steal from anyone.
At least make it a little less obvious so that you don’t insult your customers… i’ll just do my business at Katella/Harbor where I’m greeted by name when I come in.

Their coffee is so sour. I don't think they do a daily cleaning on it.

This location has horrible staff. They are always in a bad mood and give unsatisfactory customer service. Always acting like if they are so miserable and unhappy in life.

Today I went to buy a soda and pizza, they have a special that is soda and pizza for 3.00 dollars and the employee who is on the afternoon shift told me that that promotion is no longer available, but it is advertised on the door and the interior, why not remove it, it is a reason to have more sales.

Nice music is played outside of this store...This 7-11, seem to have some things that people might need, (like hats and gloves on a cold night), as well as the usual 7-11 items.

I stopped there at 1 AM since I was hungry and it was the only thing open for food. I decided to grab a burrito and put it in the microwave. As the cashier was ringing me up, he told me it was cash only because they were updating their system. I had no cash with me at all and there was no sign present stating that. I told the cashier he could've just put up a sign, saying it was cash only. All he told me was next time don't open it. Keep in mind when I walked in and was heating up my microwave he was just standing there the entire time on his phone, he could've just told me something. Because of his negligence I had to use the ATM and take a four dollar hit due to the fee. If you're gonna stop there in the middle of the night, bring cash.

I have made it a habit to stop at this 7-11 on my way to work at least once a week. Then men that work here are SO kind. More so than any other location I’ve been to. I look forward to a big smile and having a quick chat whenever I come in for my small slurpee or caffeine for a long shift ahead. They even showed me how to maximize my deals using the 7-11 app! I’m grateful for these good humans and I look forward to many more slurpees & smiles :)
