They accused me and my family for stealing nocos after we said we are going to but it because they had nothing but cheese and mean while we buy hot food all the time and he called the cops and told them that we stole witch we did not we both our little sister a 4 year old of stealing witch we pay for and he took the money and our mom went outside to smoke her vape and she can't smoke inside so we stood outdide

the store, nothing bad to say. however, their idea to play loud classical music to keep the transients away does not work. I just left and there were 5 or 6 gathered around the front door. the security company that services this center needs to do better….

Worst 7/11 in the history of 7/11. They are scamming people with there scratchers. If you come in to cash your scratcher they will take the scratcher, do whatever it is they do behind the counter so you cant see what hes doing, then tells you that IT HAS BEEN CASHED ALEEADY. But i checked my scratcher in the parking lot rite before i went in ans it said I WON $20. They also took the machine away so that you can check your ticket in the store. Of course! Thats how they are scamming people. All the other 7/11s have the ticket checker on the counter and the big machine that tells you how much you win in plain sight for everyone to see. This does not. This happened 2 times but the first time i didnt think anything of it but i am filing a complaint with the CALOTTERY first thing Monday morning. I will post the outcome later when i hear something.

Horrible experience went in with my kids for slushies the clerk followed us around, then as we were putting tops on our slushies the tops did not fit properly. I had to push one so hard the cup bent and slushie spilled. The clerk yelled hey at me as if i would purposely spill slushie on myself while up until that point he had not spoken to is at all no greeting or anything just watched us. Frustrated at this point I asked him why his tops don't fit but instead of answering or apologizing he went back to front.

Unprofessional, rude, and messy. The cashier there at 5:39 p.m. without being prompted at all, the cashier called my wife a fatty in front of both me and her. When I said excuse me and got upset, he doubled down and told her to go to the gym. He both refused to give me a receipt or to give me the name and number of his manager. This is completely unexcusable behavior. I hope that man stubs his toe on every nightstand he ever comes across.

This man who works at this store at night times, is a sarcastic, and cruel minded thief (repeatedly and intentionally making attempts to extort money out of customers.) who treats targeted customers as criminal thieves, openly stalking and making fun of them as the poor customers attempt to see what is available in the store.I rarely get upset to the point where an employee has treated me so poorly, that the incident remains on my mind and the negative and dehumanizing behavior truly disturbs me within. Tonight, July 3rd, 2024, about 11:30pm, I decided to cross the street from Walmart (they had just closed and I needed something to eat) to 7-11, and see what I could get for a snack/meal. The employee, a man of 30-40 years old, followed me aisle to aisle, standing at the end of each aisle with his arms crossed, glaring smugly at me, with a disrespectful look of humor and disgust on his face. Finally, as I needed to get past him and out of an aisle, I asked him, "do you think im stealing?" The man became instantly inuriated and irate, sarcastically answering how this was his store he could look at anybody the way he wanted. He proceeded ro follow me to the hot cade of hot dogs and other items, and says "none of its fresh". Basically telling me he didn't have to serve me anything and this was his store. I have never felt so blatantly abused at a store in my life! I will be following up this review with additional reports and complaints to the relevant government agencies.

Bought lottery tickets. Employee told me it has to be a debit card or cash. I said I'll pay with debit card. He said it's non refundable. RIGHT after he ran the slips, he then says I need to purchase something to use my debit card. This is AFTER he knew I was going to use my debit card. He intentionally told me it's non refundable and then waited to tell me I need to buy something afterwards. Super manipulative and shady practice. Do better.
