So far this was my favorite store located in Dale Avenue in Cerritos but these guys the owner whoever is in charge are selling things that are spire already. I have returned several items such as Mexican products like. Chicharrones milk and many other things that I have bought here they seem didn’t take things very serious they taste nasty. This has no taste like the ones they sell somewhere else fresh maybe not fresh but current expire these ones I think they removed the expiration date on them.

This place steals and skims card informations. It’s the nasty employees and their kind because this is the second time a 7/11 does this. I’m never going to any 7/11 ever again.

Rude cashier. I avoid going to this 711 if and whenever I can. I was trying to get two energy drinks that were on a 2 for $4 deal and while I was waiting to pay, he stepped out for no reason (not an exaggeration, he went out and did nothing). He then came back in, sat down and talked on the phone with someone for a minute or two. Then when he finally stood up to help me, he gave me a price for the cans for the INDIVIDUAL price that totalled up to a dollar or two more than the deal. I then pointed out to him that they're clearly on a discount price according to the labels at the fridge. He's Indian but he pretended he didn't speak English and YELLED to me in Spanish asking me "donde?" I know Spanish because I took Spanish in high school. And I walked him over to the fridge and pointed at the discount label, and he made up some excuse saying something along the lines of "no, that's wrong." He kept giving me trouble so I didn't even bother paying and went to the liquor store across the street to buy the same things without any problem. It almost felt like he was racist. ✌️Bless that man and I hope whatever is making him so repulsive gets resolved in his life.

When you use the membership points they click on the screen fast so you can’t use the free drink or when your pay cash and the discount Is applied after they give you the pre discount change but they act stupid when you call them out on it or when you ask to see the receipt

Bought 2 hotdogs for $4 and some change. I thought it was a good deal, they seemed pretty fresh and good. They need more pickles, and onions, more of the fresh ingredients. Over all the experience was good, friendly employees, more hotdogs please.?

Since 5/22/21, this 7-Eleven has been serving me much better than when I first knew it. My favorite snacks and candy bars are now available here, when before they weren't. I frequent a neighboring business every other week, and as long as my favorite snacks and candy bars are available here, I'll continue stopping by when I want them and I'm in the area.

I came to buy a Vuse refill. I told the cashier I wanted 1 cartridge. When I noticed his English was very broken. I specified it by using The index finger Oh my right hand. One vuse 5 mg. He Proceeded to give me a 2.4 mg after him pointing at cartridges cigarettes etc. unsure of what I was asking. Again i calmly in a clear voice I asked for a vuse 5 mg toldd him the one he gave me wasn’t the right one. He took the fuse put it back grabbed another boxAnd proceeded to charge me. The cost of one versus $10.59 he charged me $16. When I told them that I had only requested one cartridge not two he started raising his voice and demanding that I left the store. I told them that he had sold me the wrong item that I need it only one cartridge. He said that I could stay there he would ignore me the whole night the very angry he asked me to leave, very rude yelling. I left after realizing There wasn’t Anyone reasonable in that store To help me with that individual. He overcharged me for An article I didn’t want.If I wanted to make changes I had to wait until the morning when the manager shows up. Knowing M O of this place When I return next morning they will tell me that they don’t accept exchanges for tobacco products once they leave the store. As you can appreciate they are racketeers dont speak the language and They made a mistake they won’t admit it and make you pay for it. Avoid at all means going to the store if you want to keep your money.

Horrible! I purchased a pint of milk and realized my wife asked for half gallon. I asked the employee if I could exchange for a bigger size and pay the difference and he refuses to let me and made me pay for a new one. Like really?

This location lacks customer service. The employee is always on his phone talking to somebody with his headphones in. He fails to acknowledge customers.

Rude cashiers and worst customer service, this cashier a young indain teen has blessed a so load indian music on ,oh it was so annoying and when I asked him to turn it little bit down he egnord it and said every body likes it but you ,its funny when I showed him the 2 stars the have ,he said dont come here ,wow really this is my country and customer service comes first, if my customer ask me to change the tv channel or music I have to respect, sucks on customer service
