I was accused of touching a employee. I just ask to move so I can get a drink. I'm very upset. I'm married and have children. I will never go to that store again.

Poor customer service. I was trying to find coffee sleeves because the so called “insulated” coffee cups were not protecting our hands from the temperature. So I ended up double cupping it. When we got to the register the attendant was pretty rude to us and lectured on how we cannot do this because they charge per cup. Really? If you don’t offer sleeves, how are we supposed to hold the cup? I left feedback on the app but just want to make fellow coffee-goers know of this. I would take my business elsewhere like another convenience store down the street that actually carries normal coffee supplies.

One of the workers wouldn’t let me buy a 3 month Xbox game pass Ultimate(Gift card) and told me, I could only buy gift cards between 8 AM to 9 PM and he couldn’t tell me why. I’m pretty sure he didn’t want me to buy it and made up a excuse for it. After that I went to a different 7-Eleven store and one of their workers had no issue with me buying the same gift card

I love coming here but tonight there was long line.cashier was moody.no hello or thank you and the other worker didn't help.he knew there was a line and he didn't help at all.very unprofessional
