The team went above and beyond to make sure my car was functioning properly including filters and rotated my tires. The service was fast and efficient. Eric was super friendly and helpful! I'll continue to come back for future service.

Professional, efficient and quality all around. Brought my fleet vehicle in for service and the staff was amazing and communicated every step of the way. The facility is clean, well organized and they prioritize customer service. They are quick and value your time as they work diligently to ensure the job is done properly and in a timely manner. Have been here a few times and they are truly the best.

As usual, always a good pitstop, this one was a little bit special large, indoor restrooms, very clean. The staff was awesome. Lots of parking wheelchair access as well hot foods. to take with you on the road. Plenty of pumps car wash next door the more you look around the more little businesses you see off the grid from the freeway. That’s a plus less noise cleaner air no car exhaust. You can actually take a long break there if you needed to. if you’re in the area and need to make a stop for fuel snacks and food, drinks, etc. this would be my choice!

Nice clean gas station, well kept. But that is probably because this thing is impossible to get to, have to get off the main road and weave around for a while. Thought it was going to have a quick stop but ended up on a winding maze to nowhere.

The manager is very disrespectful, she has a rude attitude, and didn't want to help. The girl there, with blonde hair, is rude as well, they need to work on their customer service or need to be let go and get new people. I had a 20 cent off for circle K, and the manager said they don't honor that there with a rude attitude, discriminating the fact I brought it up. She said it was online only, and then said they don't do that there. What is it? You do or don't ? The girl working there in the morning was rude as well. District manager, wanna know what's wrong with this place, it's them , should hire professional and people with manners . Could be the fact I'm Hispanic asking for 20 cents off, I had a card and when I went online, it included this location and is why I came here.

I've work near by the Valvoline for about 8 years. I usually use their oil change services and have always had excellent service I had a minor issue where my oil cap fell down into engine and couldn't be found they went and found a replacement and returned within 20 min. I've been going there through several managers: Jason, Greg, ruby and now Adam and the team members always seemed well trained/managed. They are good & amiable reps and will continue to go there as they as always seemed concerned about their service. Thank you savi Ranch Valvoline.

Oil light came on in my VW 2017 GLI and the dealerships were charging an arm and leg just for a oil change so I took my chances trying out this Valvoline. They are probably the best service I've ever had on my Car they let me use the oil I brought which was liqui moly and made sure to show me they were doing everything correctly. They also finished quick which was nice Great service and cool guys will definitely be back.

I've been going there for years and had an issue the last time I was there. They stripped out my drain plug on my truck and took no responsibility. When I went back to talk to the manager he was super rude and no willing to help. When I contacted corporate they told me it was an old truck and it was bound to happen. Stay away from these guys!

I have been coming to valvoline for 5+ years we moved from OC to corona 2 years ago I have been coming to this location because is closer to our house but for some reason started 6 months ago we been coming here and we always waited about 1hrs to 1.5hrs before they gets to our car, they always I mean ALWAYS TO ATTEND to the cars behind us for some reason and wven we are the second car in line they told us to move it to another bay so the car behind us can go in front of us . I don't understand it but the whole point to come in to valvoline is to be quick if we will wait 1-2 hours then we can just go to a normal shop guy that takes half or full fat which you can save half of the pricing of the oil change. If you are in a hurry and you are coming here on the weekend then maybe you should not come to this location

3/10/23 They still haven't fixed my car Returned my car to the mechanic and he said the motor was messed up when they delivered it back to me Called Valvoline to see if I could get another rental through them and they said they aren't responsible anymore, and that they did their part. What's the purpose of replacing my motor if it's with one that doesn't even work? I'm still without a car, and they aren't doing their part to fix it. Called about a week ago and one of the employees said I was being 'ungrateful', since they replaced my motor and thermostats and other things. My car was working perfectly fine prior to them ruining the motor. I can't really be grateful for a broken car, and for a car that doesn't run.
