This place was very surprising for me. Wasn’t expecting such a great stay here. Location is awesome. We actually stayed here to go to Universal Studios Hollywood. Not a bad drive, less than one hour which was not bad for the LA area. The place is older but is maintained very well. Everything was clean and in good working order. Just one minor thing is that if you plan on sleeping in a little you can hear walking and kids running upstairs so maybe get a second floor room, but wasn’t a huge issue for us. The property is clean, just some parking stalls are a little tight if you have a bigger car/suv. Definitely will be retuning to stay here. Price is very reasonable for the area and location that is a quick walk to downtown Disneyland.

Customer service was Excellent. The rooms are spacious . The rooms are clean other than the sink drains. There was something in one sink drain I cleaned out and drains were a little smelly. I suggest part of cleaning to put baking soda & vinegar down the drains occasionally. My biggest and most important complaint the beds and pillows are horrible. The beds were like sleeping on a box spring and pillows we like sleeping on a piece of cardboard. Definitely need to spend some money to upgrade those two things

The staff here really make this hotel such a gem, they were so incredibly kind and helpful. The location is just a short walk from Disneyland. We will definitely be back!

Loved our latest stay at the Alamo. Beautiful, clean, i left very safe there with my children. About a 15 min walk to Downtown Disney. Loved the little porch our room had and the big windows!

So this is actually a quaint motel. I'd stay again. The rooms were relatively updated and had a working microwave and fridge. The bathrooms were a little old but worked and plenty of hot water and water pressure. The bed is my only major complaint, it was really loud and woke myself up just turning over. PARKING: the sites were tight for a midsize SUV. So driving a large SUV? May not fit well. Otherwise, good value for the money.

BEST place to stay for access to Disney parks! Safe. Quiet. Clean. Comfortable. I've stayed here for years. Less than 10 minute walk to Downtown Disney and Disney park front gates. Highly recommend this property!

We stay here often The people working the front desk are always so nice! My room was nice, clean. The 10 minute walk to the parks can’t be beat.

This was our first time staying here. Check in was easy. When we got to our room our a/c was not working and they had us in a new room in less then 10 minutes. The room was updated and very clean. Outside was very nice. It was an easy 15 min. Walk to Disneyland. I did notice how some rooms line up right with the elevator doors..I would not want one of those rooms. We had a great stay and will for sure be back.

On our day to check out we went to breakfast and came back to go to our room to relax before having to check out. The maids were in the room cleaning it as if we already checked out which we had not. It also had do not disturb on the door so they should have not entered in general. Check out was 11 and this was around 10:15/10:30 .. still had my room keys and did not check out at this point.

I was recently in town for a conference. Your location was within walking distance to the convention center, which was a plus.
The rooms and grounds were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. One of my roommates left her earrings in the room and I got a call after check out letting me know the earrings could be picked up in the office.
Overall, my stay was awesome. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was excellent, the room was simple but very very clean the location next to Disney is fantastic. I accidentally left some clothing they contacted me after I checked out and held it for me. Conversation was easy and accommodated us when needed
