The way employees with disabilities are treated within the Jewel Osco locations in Chicago is unacceptable! They don’t even try to and help with finding solutions to train managers or even reprimand managers for mistreatment! 0/10!

The food here always looks expired.. three times I've seen the guacamole salsa in the fresh salsa area and it looks totally brown and spoiled! Much rather go to northgate right up the street for better prices for what you get and the food is actually fresh over there.

I was very disappointed. I bought a tres leches cake that was already made, not ordered. There was no milk in it. It was just syrup that tasted like tres leches. I will never again buy, nor recommend, that flavor cake from there. In fact, I don't even think I'll get any cake from there in the future, if I can avoid it.
