Do not buy any gift cards there! I was gifted a $75 gift card from Nordstrom that was purchased there. When I went to use it I was told it had no value. I called Nordstrom but they said they could not do anything since it was purchased at Albertsons. The next day my friend, who bought it for me, and I went into the store and were told we had to come back in the morning and speak to a Berniece. Well, my friend went in, but Berniece could not do anything either and told her to take it up with her credit card company. Do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT BUY ANY GIFT CARDS HERE.

I have been shopping at this location for over 45 years, before it was Albertson's and never been this displeased. Their prices are fairly high, so I only buy certain things, but it's the only grocery store nearby so I've gone there for produce, bakery and deli, and staples and been very happy. Suddenly they have stopped manning their checkout lanes and have set up several self-check stations and are making people check out their own groceries! I don't want to do it myself and figure since they charge more for many items I pay for the service. They don't care and apparently want to stop paying checkers and downsize their payroll. I've never liked their meat department, which has always smelled like old meat, so I don't buy it there, but last week the whole store smelled like that and many shelves were under-filled. I don't know if that's because they've gotten rid of employees or if they are buying less, but I am going to take my business elsewhere. It's very upsetting that customer service has been reduced to this level and I wonder how long they will last with this philosophy.

I would give this no stars if I could, this location is really unprofessional. I've had mishaps here only to be brushed away. Their customer service is run by this grouchy old man who makes up employees so you can leave the store to waste gas another day coming to speak to said "employee" only to be told they're not in or he didn't specify what days... this store is a joke and so are its employees who never seem to know what to do. I won't lie I have argued, but stayed calm... but enough is enough

Definitely not the place to go to for meat went Friday, and they had very little prepackaged meat available and had no meat cutter to restock. Asked for boneless ribeye steaks when what they had out looked pale and dated was told no meat cutter so I looked for T bone none at all same thing with porterhouse steaks need less to say not a very satisfying visit. Didn't see the need to shop at 2 different stores, so I walked out on Albertsons. I'm not going to go back and risk a hit or miss on products that should always be there.

Ruben the deli guy is not the business . He made us wait until he was done with putting stuff in the pot instead of helping the like out and wanted us to finish shopping and then go back to him . It was pretty upsetting. I tried to get him help by talking to the manager but he just didn't appreciate it and sarcastically said thanks for being patient & then gets my order incorrect

Cindy from the bakery is always so helpful. This is our second year we buy a birthday cake for my kids and she always goes above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied.

Bad service I asked for a cake and they didn't make it the way I wanted it never ever going there again and the manager didn't even do anything about it just cuz the paper said something else bad bad customer service!

Worst grocery store in my neighborhood. Have given this store every opportunity of my business for years and have spend a serious amount of money here. Have overlooked inaccurate pricing that caused me to return to the store for a refund regularly. I shop here as it contains my pharmacy but just can't bear the low standard and bad service any longer. I'm overcharged regular but last month had quite the experience. I've learned to always check my receipt before leaving the parking lot. Was overcharged $86. Wasn't paying attention as I know the cashier Elleen and we were chatting. I returned to the store and Elleen couldn't understand what happened. The items that were with the person in front of me were on my receipt. When I pointed this out to her, she said that the person removed his card too quickly.She went through the items I hadn't received and reimbursed me. On returning home I discovered that I was still missing approx $15 from the bill. I spoke with the store manager Chris. She told me it was a scam and the store was scammed. I've a background in fraud investigation and software and at this point she became dismissive. I had suggested it was operator error and not a scam. I asked for details of considered fraud so I could report it. On returning yet again I received the balance of the overcharge, cashier admitted her mistake and manager Chris was not available. I reported the BS incident to customer service and after many chats with customer service, got a call from Chris to say that she thought I had received the refund. I had asked to be contacted by the District Manager. Customer Service is as lacking as the store. A lady in the deli obviously hates her job and is rude to customers. A senior man at the register is best avoided. This store is a disgrace. Please check your receipt if you have no option but to shop here. Also please, Dawn business manager who responds to other issues, refrain from attempting to suggest I contact your customer service. I'm done!

The blueberries in the produce aisle were moldy and they were crushed. The box was likely there for at least a week since each blueberry was close to being soft rather than sturdy. Disappointed in the quality here. Also, no self checkout here.

Closest store to our hotel, the store is small yet the layout was not straight forward. Was running up and down like a confused duck trying to find tampons while my Uber driver was outside waiting and gave me a strict time limit before he's going to leave. On top of it, understaff for cashiers making the few lines very long. Understandable as it's hard to find help these days and I don't blame people either with not wanting to pick up minimal wage paying jobs in this economy. Albertsons has never been my choice of grocery store to go to, I would only go here for emergencies. Tell me about your experience if you've been here or is going to after reading this review:)

Walked in to get some beer and Italian dressingand felt like I was being watched the whole time.Cashier wouldn't look me in my eye, I paid foreverything and then I heard "CODE GREEN CLEAR"looked it up and it means shoplifting. Rather gosomewhere else next time.

This is a review of the most worthless employee on planet earth who is a checker at Albertsons off state college Anaheim. Gary Cornell is a long time disgruntled checker at Albertsons who hates life, his job, and his customers. He has the absolute worst customer service and brand representation and his employment should be reconsidered. I'm not sure why he bangs the hell out of every customers food and beverages. I work way too hard for my money to have my groceries molested by that rude geriatric. Very unfortunate covid missed that guy.
