The attendant Carmen is really rude! I asked a question regarding the payment and she snapped at me as if I was a nuisance! Although, she upset me by how she never gave actual customer service by expressing common courtesy, I still kept my composure as a civilized patron. She didn’t even ask if I wanted my receipt, I had to ask for it! To work at a gas station you have plenty of clientele whom you do not know. They could be government officials, federal workers, or just someone that fix the plumbing. We all demand courtesy and kindness anywhere, so it’s essential to have employees to treat the clients with respect especially when minimum wage is at an all time high.

The attendant who works overnight is absolutely rude for no reason at all. I surely hope no one ever needs assistance late at night because all he will do is look at you and repeatedly say “I don’t know,” without even making an attempt to understand your question, and continue on his playing on his cellphone. Automated machines are more useful.

Cashier lady with short hair is really rude. She doesn't give correct change back and when you confront her she gets defensive and kicks you out the store. Either she changes her attitude or finds another job because she makes people feel unwelcome.

Today 1/10/24 I went to your location Arco am pm 9472 Katella Ave Anaheim ca , at around 6:00pm. I pumped my gas and I needed to use the restroom.I go inside the store to use the restroom, I ask the worker if the bathroom needed a pin code or key because I never used the bathroom there before . Unfortunately he had an accent and he talked a bit fast, I couldn’t understand him. but he pointed at something downwards and then to the bathroom sign. So I just assumed he meant that the bathroom is there and I say thanks and walk towards it. But then he just yelled at me. And I respond “what?”Bc I couldn’t understand him, again the accent, and he yelled even louder then pointing at a plastic bar with a key attached at the end and I finally understood. He caught me completely off guard all I could say is “oh” he made me feel so bad for not understanding HIM. I wasn’t mad or annoyed that I didn’t understand him bc it was probably not his first language, and that’s okay! the worst service I’ve ever received. I really hope he isn’t like this with other customers who aren’t afraid to yell back.
I didn’t get his name unfortunately but I know what he looks like if that’s helpful.

Went on 11/15/2023 at 6:30pm thought your store was open 24/7. But anyway I purchased something and the guy with glasses and a thick accent WAS trying to be intimidating by telling me I needed to hurry in a angry way like I was an inconvenience. He told me to hurry because they were closing. He did not treat the lady in line after me like that. Or did the store ever close. He was very ugly about it. I did nothing to this employee but simply come in to buy at a store you have open for business. This isn’t the last you will hear about this. I will be contacting customer service and the Better Business Bureau very soon. I will follow through. There is absolutely no excuse for a associates of any business should have behaviors like this or working in the public. I would also like to add there is a review about the same person from 4 years ago. So he must be invincible to have the same behaviors for four years and other people are leaving the same reviews about the same guy.And he still works there doing this. Says a lot about ampm.

This would be the third time that I have encountered scam-like behavior at this store. I'm not sure if this is a franchisee location or what, but they never choose to honor the app or coupons. I got an icee and as of today, the day before Easter 2023, they should be .50c with the app. The cashier put my drink in on the computer, no scanning, as a medium fountain drink. I said no sir this is an icee. He said "too bad, the computer says what it is." I told him surely he made a mistake and he said no but the screen says it. I said yeah but I'm not purchasing a drink the app shows icees the promotion, I showed him and he just put his hands up.It's so weird to be scamming people over what amounts to a dollar. But also on principal, I said ok I won't get it today, just all the other things. I mentioned it to my partner, who was with me, saying this isn't the first time they've scammed people. That's why they removed all the cups from the icee machine. Previously, they've also said that their machines are down. They've run out of a certain size of cups, or they only have one pack of something, that you must purchase two to get the price. It's just weird. In poor taste and I think I'll just avoid this location. If the owners/cashiers are like this, I can't imagine what they get away with in terms of food prep or sanitation--much less what they might be doing with the gas pumps!

The cashier guy with big glasses is very rude and couldn't answer a question without being totally rude. I left to the next gas station. I'll never come back here. Where is the customer service now days. Sad

I was just at this AMPM and was disrespectfully treated so greatly that I chose to not even purchase anything there. Not that the attendant would have allowed me to. As soon as I pulled in and got out of my vehicle I was rudely asked if I was there to buy gas and I had very politely replied well yes I needed to purchase a couple other items as well and once I was then subjected to his temper tantrum involving eye rolling even a huge sigh and like it was very off putting needless to say. the simple fact that he had even had the audacity to ask me if I was there to buy gas at a gas station nonetheless is enough for me. I don't recommend going here ever

I was craving some chocolate cake, so my bf stopped in to grab a slice. He brought it home and it's COVERED IN MOLD. Do you guys not check your baked goods? This is disgusting.
