Ive been coming to APS for years now and for that reason tax season is always a breeze! They helped me open my business and always make sure my bookeeping is up to date with all the accuracy i wouldn't be able to do myself. 10/10 reccomend! You get so much help from the team throughout the entire year, its worth every cent. I love APS!

Silvia has been doing my taxes for my business for over 15 years and all of my family goes to her as well. She isn’t just an ordinary tax preparer, as she has extra credentials and fights for her clients at the IRS when necessary. I can’t say enough about her knowledge and professionalism throughout all these years! Shawn Albayati helped me find a beautiful home that I could afford and a great interest rate which was awesome! His patience with my ignorance with all the details was impeccable. He made the transaction go so smoothly. Also when he was showing me all the homes I wanted to see he took the time to meet with me and accommodate my busy schedule. Friends of mine have also either used him to purchase their homes as well as listed their property for sale with him. He helped refinance my other home. Their staff are very kind !

Disappointed customer. Silvia is very condescending. I had various questions which were either not answered or answered in an arrogant tone. I believe a tax preparer is the most knowledgeable resource to make tax decisions/changes. If she doesn't want to be held responsible for decision making, she could have at least guided me in the right direction instead of stating that I need to do my own research. I would have appreciated if she taken more time to assist me than rushing me out. I paid for a service and was not satisfied.

I have been coming here for years now! Super fast convenient service! Great communication and customer service with all the girls in the office. Not to mention Silvia explains everything very clearly and is always looking to get us the most money back on my returns. Recommend her to all!!!

I would not recommend going here she messed up my taxes and my brothers taxes. When I called to tell her I didn't receive my tax refund she said she could only help me if I paid her again after I had paid her already!!!! She just cares about money and not actually helping people and it was the same thing with my brother.

I highly recommend Anaheim Professional Services if you are looking to purchase a home or to do your taxes. Shawn and Silvia are a strong team who work together to make the home buying process run smoothly.
