I worked for this terrible company for no longer than a month and a half I got hired the beginning of April and quit around the end of may. At first everything was going well until they demoted my original manager which ended up being a good decision in the long run because of the fact he lied (Daniel Golan) and said my availability would be fine because I watch after my elder mother, my original schedule was Monday - thrusday 10am-4pm and it was a part time position as well so they should be working around my availability. But due to “Daniel Golan” not following guidelines and protocol & duties being a store manger they demoted him and moved him into a different store while bringing in a new manager without any notice. During this day as well in particular when they demoted “Daniel Golan” I was the first at work before everybody in which the manger was supposed to be there first in which he wasn’t “Hellen” who is the DM arrived shortly after and waiting with me in the parking lot before work to let “Daniel Golan” what was about happen, in which later on did take place & I never met “Hellen” the DM until then without any formal introduction and they brought the new manager “Andre” along. In which fast foward a lil bit, things seemed to be making a turn around when it only got worse personally for me. Things started off slow and out of wack and once I made sense of that I wanted out ( To be Transferred to a different location ) because when “Andre” started to be the manager they complained a lot about my hours even though he was informed about my outside life as well which they did not care, my hours were moved however or whatever they store and management needed without and no matter of any consideration, some of my work days where taken away from me as well as days that i told them I couldn’t work they tried to force upon me. Then I would have to be lectured about how my availability wouldn’t work while other co workers were present as well as co workers gossiping about how they knew what type of hours the store needed from new employees but I was still forcibly hired without being told the truth later on down the line. Then finally they said they would try to transfer me to somewhere more comfortable and better for me & as well as closer distance they asked for surrounding area in which I gave “Hellen” the DM multiple locations, “Andre” then says one day while I’m at work their gonna take me off the schedule until they find me a new home which was cool at first until I was off from work for 3 weeks not making any money, they would tell me the run around and say they’ve talked to other stores but nobody has room and that they would bring me back on the schedule consecutive days and multiple times and I didnt clock in since the 14th of may I never came back to work after “ Andre” told me that. So as I waited for words while I awaited from being off from work “Hellen” the DM was supposed to be in contact with me never found me anywhere to go and barley tried to help and figure out anything never even told “Andre” to bring me back she just completely left everything up to him so everything was just back and fourth for 3 weeks without any outcome and no money made so I quit I got tired of waiting for them just to play stupid and act dumb and waste my time people have lives and are grown it was very unprofessional and immature like, i literally would be at home while new hires got more hours than me,”Hellen” the DM would also as well threaten employees when they wouldn’t meet the store goals or ones commission % by saying oh you haven’t sold anything today little Caesars is hiring or did you pick up that Application from Wendy’s. Very petty for someone who is a DM & prior before this job I had another job lined up that was better paying, closer in distance for me & better opportunity but no I gave it up to waste my time with this stupid company that doesn’t care or value its employees typical so now I’m out of a job
This store is in Bordentown New Jersey, 160 US Highway 130 08505 METRO

Horrible company, bosses push fraud and write you up for not pushing fraud as well. T-Mobile should shut this TPR down. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!!! My manager was saying how she will keep customers waiting longer because they “look racist.” Commission or hourly pay not both (like other companies pay). They claim to be the highest paid TPR in the nation, don’t believe those lies. This company is full of lies and will overwork you. Stay far away!!! Especially with the amount of creep District Managers we have had (5 in a single year) that will lock female employees in the bathroom with them and get away with it because HR does absolutely nothing about it!Update: Look up all their lawsuits, many labor lawsuits open to the public to view instantly! They will have another lawsuit for me being forced to work 168 hours in 2 weeks

Awful place to work. If you wanna overwork yourself for “bosses” that couldn’t care less about the work you put in, while having horrible communication skills and intelligence, then work here. What a joke of a company

Working at Arch Telecom has been a blessing. Being promoted to a Retail Store Manager within a year and 2 months of working shows the company really care about hard work and effort. Many thanks to the company for the opportunity.

Archtelecom is a great company both to work for and to buy from. The Murrysville PA location is filled with long term professionals that care about their customers. We enjoy our jobs, have fun working with this company, and we are excited to come in everyday and help others.

Love working for Archtelecom! Ive worked for many T-Mobile TPR locations and this one is by far the best! Everyone from the top down is involved daily making sure you succeed! They do daily hype calls, recognize those that have earned itand never overlook someone whom deserves a promotion! Its a growing company with lots of room for advancement with a high commission structure

I can not say enough about Archtelecom, top to bottom it is a Great place to work overall . If you want to come work some where and get challenged to be your best then this is the place that you should come work for, and guess what you get rewarded for success, not like other companies when they tell you that you are going to get rewarded and next year comes. We are just a Competitive Family and I would not have it any other way.

Working at Arch I don’t feel like a regular employee at all because of the connection I have made with my VPs and Market Directors. They actually care and make you feel like an integral part of the team. The support system is amazing and I’m blessed to be here.
