This Arco stations customer service sucks. I went in almost peeing myself and asking if I could use the restroom, cashier asked for receipt proof that I pumped gas. I told her I was going to buy something in the store she still says she needs a purchase proof on top goes and ask another guy that if i can use the restroom only cuz I bough something and not pumped gas. Then the guy makes me wait in line to pay all while I'm trying hard to hold my pee. He then takes his time to go open the restroom for me. This is why I prefer stopping and buying stuff and Extra Mile Chevron stores not AmPm Arco gas stations.

Horrible service been coming here for 4years straight and this new hire she is an old lady with glasses always gives me problems she must be retrained it’s been hard to get a hold of the owner of the store

Freaking horrible service, I paid for a car wash and gas and because I was drying my car at a pump I got told that I couldn't do that. Even though I'm a paying customer. Doesn't make sense whatsoever I understand if it was super busy. Her reasoning was because I was at a pump drying even though all the other pumps were available. Be careful with this lady short with glasses and sharpie eyebrows. She has had an attitude since yesterday

The women working here are unbelievably rude. My daughter needed the restroom, and I needed gas. My daughter went inside to ask if she could use the restroom and was told it was out of service. I told her it was probably only for customers, so I went to pay for gas inside. After paying for gas in cash, I asked if the restroom was available. The woman mumbled something in Spanish, so I asked again. She pointed to the direction of the restrooms, and said "there's the restroom." I asked if there was a code needed and she said "yes". We stood at the counter for about 30 seconds before I asked if we could have the code. She said something in Spanish to her coworker, walked over to the restroom, covered the pinpad with her hand, and opened the door. I went out to pump gas, and apparently they kept knocking on the door, asking my daughter if she was finished! We are clean, well dressed, polite people who drive a decent car. There was absolutely no reason for my daughter and I to be treated disrespectfully. I'm sure they won't care if they get a bad review, but maybe the owners will.

If I could give this gas station zero stars I would. One star is way more than they deserve! I have a Service Animal and I went in right now to get gas as I was waiting in line one of the cashiers informed me that no dogs are allowed in the store and I immediately informed her that my dog is my Service Animal. She then informed me that she’s refusing me service because I have a Service Animal. I let her know that she cannot refuse me service solely due to me having a Service Animal. She continued to be belligerent and obnoxious yelling that she is refusing me service. I asked her for the store number, and she rudely told me to google it. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I’ve never experienced such ignorance before. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. She is clearly not educated on the federal law protecting the rights of individuals with Service Animals and how big of a liability she is to the company she is employed by if myself or other individuals whose rights she so quickly violates chooses to pursue legal counsel.
