Overall, the service was just okay. The wrong phone was ordered initially, but thankfully the correct one was ordered the next day and I received it promptly. However, I had a hard time setting up my phone, especially since I was switching from Android to iPhone, a big change for me. I went to the store hoping for help, but I was basically left to figure it out on my own. That lack of support was really disheartening.
I was also told I would receive a refund, but it never came through as promised. I had to keep calling just to get updates on that, which was frustrating. In the end, the first sales rep I worked with did fix the issue, and I appreciate that, but because of the overall experience, I won’t be returning to this store.

Bought 3 phones with cases and screen protectors and need to replace cases and protectors and they want to charge me to replace screen protector and would have to submit claim for case?
After paying $1000 each phone?
Terrible service each time I go it’s a different person and they strive at overcharging you!

The manager tricked me, he told me that they were going to give me a cell phone on credit if I changed operators from t mobile to t and t and when I changed he told me that they might not give me the cell phone in a few months.

This is the last time I will ever come here! Every time I come hefe there is new staff, I was getting comfortable with the new girl managers and the guy name Jose. They were the nicest staff there and now it’s full of people who simply don’t help you, don’t know anything and a waste of time. They didn’t want to help me transfer my line from my mom account to my own and I was adding my husband to my account, the worst customer service ever, I will take my business elsewhere!

Excellent service and good people in this store. Took care of me with my phone upgrades and new line. They explained everything in detail and had an amazing experience. Will be back to this store if I ever need to head to a AT&T store. Keep it up guys!!!
