Arlene at the AT&T Anaheim Hills location was exceptional. Despite my recent frustrations and the store's busyness, she provided outstanding service. She was professional, incredibly patient, and managed multiple tasks without making me feel neglected. Arlene efficiently addressed my needs, and her attention to detail was impressive. Best service I have seen in a long time. The Manager Tre came to our house to help install our Router and 3 TV’s. He was patient, personable, and new his stuff. Working after hours also, what a great employee!

We were about to cancel our ATT wifi at my Fulfillment Warehouse because the staff were complaing about speed. After hours on the phone I went into ATT store and they were able to understand the frustration and make SAME DAY CHANGES. The manager Tri went above and beyond to source wifi devices they did not have in store driving over an hour to different stores so that we could be up and running the next day. Not only is our wifi MUCH faster but they were all so helpful in getting a rush on it so we wouldnt continue to lose sales because of wifi speed. Thank you again for all your help Kathya and Tri!

Staff was unhelpful after purchase was made. Management sent the representative on lunch as soon as I got my receipt and let me sit in the store by myself for 30 minutes trying to start up my phone with zero assistance. Will not return to this store.

I went to purchase a screen saver at the store in anaheim hills where I purchased my phone. The manager, Tina Jimenez, told me because I was not an authorized user on the account, that without my receipt I could not purchase the screensaver. I had purchased a screen saver without my receipt from that same store on numerous occasions without my receipt. She told me I had to go home and contact Att to become authorized. She could have done that with me at the store. The way I was treated and inconvenienced was beyond sub par. I have never in any store, received such poor customer service.
