Auto zone is to expensive. The parts they sell there are cheaper somewhere else they should make it affordable and not price gouge

I stopped yesterday ,June 6, 7pm trying to get a new battery. When I was about to pay, I requested to help me change it , they were so rude and told me : Whats? You don't know how to change it? Then just star laughing... I decided to get my new battery at O. Reilly, they helped me with no problems

went to this store because i needed them to give a service to my new purchased battery but brown skinny guy with beard said he couldn’t do it because they were just two employees at the store. i totally get it but the store was completely EMPTY!!! like wow, he just wanted to keep watching his phone.

Real bad customer service at this store! We just got out of the store asking for Air Intake sistem! And we got in to a ugly fight and arguing with the stupid store manager at stare 426 location in Anaheim

Needed transmission fluid but couldn't figure out how to check it. The staff was absolutely NO help and the place only had two other customers. Had to go somewhere else.
