The most terrible customer experience I’ve ever had in my life at auto zone. The worst staff is miserable and does NOT want to help the customer find what they’re looking for. Even the manager couldn’t care less about you. I DO NOT recommend this location whatsoever. I will not be returning here due to their poor attitude.

I had an outstanding experience at this AutoZone location. The manager was very willing to help and one of the associates (Edgar) went above and beyond to help me. I couldn’t find the battery I needed anywhere nearby , and this Anaheim location was the only one that had it in stock. I drove all the way from Lake Forest because my car wouldn’t start and I urgently needed a replacement. They not only had the battery ready but also provided exceptional customer service…friendly, helpful, and efficient. Truly a lifesaver. Thank you for exceeding expectations! - Diana M.

The lady at the counter seemed to be annoyed that I came in. It was ABSOLUTELY not busy. Just myself, one other customer, and two employees. I went in to purchase a battery for my car. I did ask if anyone was available to help me, She said no. All the guy was doing was scanning shelves and stocking.
The person I give credit and a thank you to is the customer who took time out of his morning to help me. I'm not sure yet if I'll be back.

Due to a battery issue with my car, I looked for a shop that was open late and contacted this place. I specifically asked if they could also handle a battery replacement, and the woman who answered the phone told me to come in the morning. Trusting her instructions, I arrived promptly at 6 a.m. when they opened.
However, when I got there, only someone who appeared to be the manager was present, and shortly afterward one employee arrived. When I explained what had been discussed the day before, they told me that no one was available and that I would need to come back after 9 a.m.
I was extremely frustrated, as I had relied on the woman’s information and prepared from 5:30 a.m. to be there on time. I also needed to head straight to work afterward to transport staff, but despite my sincere requests, they simply responded that there was nothing they could do.
I cannot recommend this place. They clearly lack proper staff training, and all they did was waste my time.

I went into the store today to look for a fog light replacement and was helped by Adam the assistant store manger. He was so knowledgeable and did his due diligence to make sure that I left the store with the right part. I had been put off of Auto Zone due to a bad experience at another location, but my interaction with Adam changed that. I will definitely be turning here for any of my future needs. Thank you so much for your help Adam!

A huge store with lots of parking. A huge variety of items to choose from. The store itself was clean and organized. Came here for quick stop to detail my bike before the show

Just very confident to shop at Autozone for all the parts I need.
At this store, Tyler technician friendly took back an alternator and refunded back to me.

I bought a Duralast Gold alternator for my 2013 Honda CRV EX-2WD but some how it was not compatible. Battery icon showed up on the dashboard after installing with DTC P16E2 and P065A codes. I had to uninstalled the Duralast Gold and used Denso/Honda alternator.
I've been using Duralast alternators for my other cars and they are very reliable. I think the issue is 2013 Honda CRV only accepting Denso/Honda alternator.
