Go Damon 🥳🥳🥳 i stopped at this plaza because of the Dollar Tree, then when i was done shopping i got into my car and it would not start, no signs of life at all. Luckily for me I see the Auto Zone right across the way, i walked over there and asked the associate, Damon, if he could help me test my battery because the car would not start. He followed me out toy car with this equipment, he got right to work plugging that machine onto my car then said the results were good battery at 80%, he helped me brainstorm for a while using the process of elimination to get to the root problem. Then he suggested i check the battery on my car key, ha! I had the spare key with me and sure enough, that solved the problem. 👏👏👏🥳🥳🥳🥳 good work Damon! I appreciate your help and helping me figure this out in a timely manner.

I hope this gets to every manager at the Auto Zone location on Katella and Euclid close to Disneyland!
My family and I were pulling into downtown Disney in late March looking for a parking space when my back passenger windows would not automatically go up in my Jeep grand Cherokee. My first thought was the motor for the window has locked up possibly due to a fuse being blown. Having no tools in my car to pull fuses and risking theft if we leave unattended and rain soaked insides of car we ventured to the closest auto zone open (it was already 8:40 pm) we didn’t have a lot of time. Panicking now I ran inside and asked if an employee had any clue about fuses or how to quickly find the right one in my car for the window hopefully! Without hesitating STEVEN V grabbed a flashlight and went to my car immediately searching for all fuses in my car and tools to move my seat to look underneath for other fuse boxes after about 10 minutes of him pulling out every single fuse and checking all the panels and boxes the very last one he checked was the one for the motor for the back windows. One was halfway down the other all the way down. He tried the drivers side panel to roll them up and they all worked. If it had not been for STEVEN V caring about helping someone needing a little help the night could have ended horribly. We will be grateful for his kindness that night to make sure we were ok. STEVEN V if you see this thank you thank you thank you. Your mama would be very proud of you! He wouldn’t accept anything for his time not even a tip ! So I really hope this gets back to him and his management team! 😊

This place is so awesome and helpful especially JT and Damian they are well trained and have excellent customer service! Steven the store manager has an excellent team, each employee is properly trained. 5 star place and I will be returning

I was traveling out of state and had battery problems. JT helped me with my warranty and went above and beyond to take care of the problem. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient and helpful. He’s a great representative of auto zone and a credit to the company. Thanks so much JT!

I came to this store 30 minutes before they closed, and they refused to help the customer in front of me because the guy with glasses said, ‘We can’t help you because it is late and we are already closed.’ Then, after 10 minutes in line for my turn, they said, “We don’t accept $100 bills because we don’t have change.” Bad customer service, bad attitude.

Bad service, they made me pay two guarantees for some breaks. Having already had a guarantee in the system, I paid them and returned them and now they don't want to return the money, having proof, I have to call consumer service and report

Came in for a new key battery, left with a car battery check and a new car battery thanks to the warranty I had. Jaime was very quick and efficient!
