Came in for a new key battery, left with a car battery check and a new car battery thanks to the warranty I had. Jaime was very quick and efficient!

Was at the Gold's Gym next door and decided to stop in to get some tire dressing on my way home. Found what I was looking for and the store appeared to be clean and well stocked. Another customer was ahead of me and it didn't really take much time to conduct the transaction. Cashier was friendly but there was a handful of employees standing around talking to the cashier about karate and some other sport as he was conducting my transaction. Of course, these employees appeared to be rather young, perhaps early 20's but I felt it was pretty unprofessional of them. Just conduct my transaction, get me out and then chat all you want, not over me.

Been coming here for years but definitely not coming back due to their customer service. Had a faulty product and the old bald guy with glasses refused to even look at the item stating nothing he could do and I'd just have to buy another part. O'Reillys it is.

In the past, whether I was in Barstow, CA, Orange, CA, or Las Vegas, NV, the team members at Auto Zone were always friendly and helpful. However, I can't say that the team members at the Auto Zone in Anaheim, CA (Katella at Euclid) were as helpful or polite. They made my request to charge my cellphone seem like this great inconvenience. This was never a problem at the previously mentioned Auto Zone locations. I was due for an oil change and was in the store to buy an oil filter and synthetic oil. I opted to not make the purchase because the female manager who I'd interacted with was not cordial or welcoming. Yes, not allowing me to charge my phone was a deciding factor; other Auto Zone locations honored the request when I indicated that I was far from home and on the road. This particular manager was inflexible and lacked the ability to empathize with a client/customer. I just think that meeting someone halfway or offering a concession are excellent tools for guest recovery. Some people understand it, but some can't figure it out.

I came in to return a gallon of coolant, I had placed an order for pick up and had someone pick it up for me. Come to find out I don't need it. So I decided to return it. Employee checked it out for me and said I wasn't able to return it because it was opened. Keep in mind I had never opened it and had someone pick it up for me. I had it sitting home so I decide to return it. The manger was rude came in really strong saying "how can you not tell it was open before buying it" shaking the gallon giving me that side eye. I told her I bought it and had someone go pick it up for me. The person I sent knows nothing about cars meaning they didn't know what they were picking up. I told them show them the receipt and they will give you what I have ordered. Crazy to see a manger ignore you after all this confusion. She told me it's not there problem and not their district so go back where you bought it from. Then you got the employee calling me "my boy" multiple time like if it was name. So rude.!! There was to explain to a person on the steps to do.
